They were very organized, easy to deal with, and communicated so well. Not just with me, but the communication among their entire team was very apparent. They left my yard cleaner than they found it, and I'm not worried about my dog stepping on a nail. Highly recommend

Bone Dry Roofing did great work. They protected my property and cleaned up completely. I was updated with pictures throughout the process. The team worked well together, and they did a great job. I know that I have a high quality roof on my house and all problems were fixed.

I would not recommend. They prefer communication by text and have continued to delay work projects. They tried to deflect the shingle install on the cold weather and the gutters rather than reinstalling them. They then decided that they needed to reinstall them after revisiting. The gutter installers left equipment at my house and left my gate open which caused my dogs to leave my yard. I am still waiting for my siding to finish which when I called to inquire about I was told my projects were completed.

Bone Dry was not afraid to get on the roof to examine the issues I had with the roof at the garage end.. Bone Dry, also, looked inside the attic where the garage was located and noted there were no issues there-- which was good news! Another well known roofer was contacted, but would not get on the roof unless it was 40 degrees or more. They did, however, look in the attic. They seemed to think the issue might be gutter related. Therefore, because Bone Dry had much experience in roof work and knowledge about roofing, I decided to go with Bone Dry. During the time the work was done, Bone Dry took pictures of issues with the old roof and reviewed them with me. There was always someone cleaning up fallen pieces of roofing during the removal/putting on the new roof.

I was very pleased with them. There were a number of elements that I had done. My house was built in 1928. We remodeled our upstairs about 35 years ago. We had the chimney repaired, siding put on, plastic siding removed, gutters put on, and the roof. They had to come together in a timely manner and they were good about getting it done. We were able to get the job done in very good time. They kept me well informed the whole time. We had texts before and during. It was all very seamless and I would recommend them to anyone.
