It was neat to see updates of the project from the drone camera, and the entire project was done in about seven hours. Well, all was well unil they were paid, my mistake for the level of trust. A few key items have not been done, and an appointment to get them resolves was missed. Two more calls to re-schedule have been ignored. I have a vent hole sealed with fiberglass the birds are tearing up and two screens that need to be installed in the roof vents. Nothing big to do, but it isn't done. These items should have been completed the same week or two so we can move. What has been done is fine and I'm happy with that work quality. But being stood-up on a scheduled meeting and ignored on the remaining trivial items speaks volumes to me, not good ones either. We all have cell phones and the liek, there is ZERO reason to leave me high and dry on a meeting date. CALL, EMAIL..something to show discipline to get it done. So far, nothing except my effort to address the remaining issues.

The men who did the job, on the actual roof, seemed very good. The quality of the roof seems very good. My issues were more about the downspouts from the gutters that were put on and the followup from the sales representative who handled my calls.

Very organized - everything was well documented and communicated through the process. And they did a great job getting my insurance to pay for a new roof replacement while the other company I was working with did not bother.

While they were very knowledgeable and explained tings going in, and they were on the ball doing the work, I've since found something I need them to check out, I have contacted the guy I worked with twice by text and cannot get a response. His voicemail is full and he doesn't respond to texts. I've called the office and they said to just text him, well that's fruitless. So I'll be calling the main office again

I purposely waited nearly a year to give a review. I originally had roof problems, first due to weather damage and then the poor work by two other companies - not Bone Dry. Bone Dry did a fantastic job; we were gone while the repair and new roof was installed, and they even sent us pictures of the progress! We have had absolutely no problems with our roof since Bone Dry replaced it (again, the previous roofer who also did a teardown and I had told to replace any wood, etc. that was needed, could not repair it). I waited almost a year before reviewing the work to see how it held up under wind, rain, snow (last season), leaves causing gutter overflow (they did not replace our gutters (relatively new) but the way they flashed the roof prevented any problems). I am completely satisfied and will put my name on this review. Thank you Bone Dry, Larry Sallans

They are very professional and did a fabulous job. I have no complaints about the job they did at all.

Bone Dry is the best in roofing. I had a series of outfits come in for quotes to see what it would look like to redo an entire roof and garage. Of the 5-6 quotes Bone Dry was the only one that sent a professional out to take a closer look at what needed to be done. He got up in the attic to inspect for any damage and to give me a closer estimate. He got on the roof and walked around the entire property to make certain it was all taken into consideration before a number was given. He also walked through why the previous roof had not lasted as long as it should have and marked us up to have box vents added so that the circulation in the open attic space could be brought up to snuff and to prolong the lifetime of our new shingles. The crew was crazy fast, very clean, and ran like a well-oiled machine. We would go with them again in a heartbeat.
