Communication has been outstanding from the initial estimate through the installation of my roof

The actual roof workmanship so far seem to be good.

I had to go to higher ups because I wasn't aware that the process was done. They were going to put a lien on my house. A company will usually let you know when things are finished. I had to go with their boss and he told me to deal with him only.

It was a great experience! Everything was done on time, and they made sure they cleaned up. We're very satisfied.
