I have used Bone Dry for 10 years. Even with some leakage in my old roof, they were very diligent in finding the hole, and repaired my area. It took several days to find that one little hole and refining and doing that one little area. They did remarkably good work.

They responded quickly once I requested a quote. They phoned me back within a week and gave me a quotation for the roof and solar panels.

The experience was great with the actual salespeople and the people who came out and did the roof. The reason I gave a 4-star rating is because working with the insurance person with Bone Dry Roofing was awful. She did not do what she was supposed to do. She was not honest in the process. Her name was Angelica Martinez. She did not follow through the way she was supposed to.

The quality of the roof is good, but the staff is not. The installers did a fantastic job. It was an insurance claim and there were hiccups that had to be back tracked on or else it would have cost me thousands and thousands of dollars more.

The crew did a wonderful job on our roof! They arrived early and made sure our space was clean as a whistle after the job was done. Everyone was very friendly.

They quoted me accurately from the beginning and didn’t hide the fact that I’d need additional wood for the shingles. I know what was going on, when, and how it was going to be done.

Bone Dry Roofing is a very professional company that followed through from the very beginning to the end with having the roof installed.

The were very professional. They came in and worked efficiently and carefully. There was no damage or anything to my landscaping or property. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They did it very well. They use top rate materials. They finished efficiently, that included replacing all the sheeting and gutters on my house. They did a good job of maintaining the LeafGuard gutters. I am very happy with that they did. The gutter people did a great job solving a draining problem with the gutters.

Everything went smoothly from the delivery of materials and dumpster to the tear off of old roof and installation of new to clean up to pickup of dumpster and follow up inspection.

Great Experience

Would not recommend. Communication was scattered and poor. Sometimes crews showed up on days agreed upon and sometimes they showed up randomly and began working. Product installed was bent/damaged and I had to point out and ask that it be corrected. Damaged driveway from shingle delivery. Fairly basic hail claim roof replacement took 4+ months from start to finish. Billing/payment was messy. Neighbors used other companies who completed similar work in a week and without the multitude of problems I experienced.
