Had contact with several different flooring companies, mostly those with the best Google or Yelp reviews. Steered away from Big Box but did talk with Costco's flooring affiliate. We have a somewhat unique situation with over 250 sq ft of carpet bound/surged as a rug resting on a pad so as not to deface the underlying Travertine floor (no tack strips, etc). After seeing that we were looking for one of the larger companies' representative never even called us back after doing an onsite evaluation. Most of the others just didn't seem to excited about the project. Virgil from Bram was different. He came out, brought some good high quality samples including a Tuftex sample that he thought we would like (and we did). He said he might be able to get our job done before Thanksgiving but wasn't sure. We got their proposal, checked pricing against the internet information on that particular carpet, and decided to give them a try. Virgil found enough square footage of that carpet in California so shipping was quick and easy. They came out took up the old carpet/rug and pad, used the carpet as a template for the new rug, and helped us get the furniture back where it went. Installed the new bound rug yesterday (it fit great, with all the contours (goes around a curved fireplace hearth) and cutouts matching exactly what we had before. We were roughly 2 weeks from initial meeting to finished project (including custom cutting the new rug, seaming, and binding the edges). Our initial impressions are that we made the right choice and I have no reason to believe that if we have any issues, Bram will make us happy. This is a good company to do business with and I think that Rosie-certified adds value for customers.
The customer service was exceptional!
I have used Braam Flooring for years and I'm generally very happy.
The company did a really good job and did what they said they would do.
BRAM Flooring knows all types of flooring extremely well along with how to properly and efficiently install the products. They did a great job on the tiling throughout our house. They also started and finished exactly as they told us when we were quoted.
I have been working with Bram for years, and they do great work. They are honest and not pushy!
I would recommend Mitch to anyone
I have been using Bram Flooring since 2011 when we purchased the 4 plexes. Always a quality job at a great price.
