Super pleased from beginning to end

If I knew what we would experience, I would have chosen one of the other companies. I chose them because of positive ratings and being the only Platinum contractor in the area.

An area of roof sheathing where we had previously experienced leaks was not replaced. I had 2 other contractors providing me with bids prior to selecting this company, both had concerns about this same area that I did.

They also installed a makeshift looking flashing on the front valley near the front door. I took pictures and complained to the company. I had also requested that I be present when they replaced what they had done. They didn't notify me and replaced it. The resulting new flashing was not acceptable to me. When I requested it be done to.my satisfaction, I was told that I would have to sign a waver to any future leaks.

Plants all around the house were trampled. Some which were covered, having pails over them were removed, then stepped on. 3 sprinkler heads, clearly marked with orange tape were broken and had to be repaired. Strips of plastic from the adhesive backing on the shingles or other material were hanging in several areas on the roof. For 2 weeks after they completed the job, we were still finding debris and nails in bushes and driveway. The company offered a reduction in the price of the extended warranty to compensate us for the plants and for "peace of mind" if in the future this area became a problem.

They were great to work with, highly knowledgeable and organized. They are an excellent company.

Braswell Construction Group arrived on time, finished on budget, and used quality materials. The project looks perfect.

These guys are absolutely wonderful. All communication was fast and informative and the work crew was on time, very well organized, and fast. They took alot of care in cleaning up when the project was complete. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
