This is the second project I've done with Brightwing, and both times the whole crew was professional, communicative and hard-working. In my experience, it's rare when such a large project finishes on-time and meets expectations, but that's exactly what Brightwing did for me.

In a time and area where most builders are using techniques that have been outdated for 30 years, Brightwing came in fully up to date on the modern techniques and materials. They accommodated my requests for materials and assemblies that differed from what they usually install, and were more than willing to work with my schedule and the steps I wished to undertake myself. Where other contractors will tell you that something you are concerned about is normal, Brightwing and especially Hector and his crew had no qualms fixing issues--even when it meant undoing work--to my satisfaction.

Cole Cooper was our Salesman/Project Manager. He was excellent when explaining our project and was very honest in what we needed and always kept us informed on a daily basis on what was next. But my first encounter with Fran changed my mind about how it could go. And then he delivered exactly what he promised. I was really impressed with his integrity, professionalism, and expertise.

What I could not have predicted at that point, because I didn't think to ask him, was how organized and neat they would keep the worksite and I really loved that. And the results were beautiful.

The job was done professionally and quickly. They kept me informed of issues and progress on a daily basis as well as checked in with me for any questions/concerns each day before they started work. Despite rain delays, as well as some surprises (wood rot in part of my framing, roofing repairs needed) the project was finished in a timely manner, in fact sooner than I had anticipated. Excellent job. I've already recommended them to neighbors.

Fran and his crew were easy to deal with and always professional. The work they did was extensive, and included all new Hardie siding, soffits, and porch ceilings; and brick painting. It was all done with close attention to detail, and at a fair price. Would definitely recommend.

We interviewed three companies to replace our siding. Brightwing was the first and they left a great impression that was going to be hard to top.Fran, and Hector and his crew were exceptional. They came recommended by a trusted friend. The "pre-sales" from Fran was very informative and comprehensive. the whole time, Fran made every effort to inform me of the entire process and was great at answering questions.Once the work begun, Hector and his crew were just a joy to work with, to the point that it was a little sad when they came out the final time for touch ups, of which there were only a small handful, as they just did an excellent, detailed job throughout the entire process.One thing that occurred to me when both Fran and Hector came out to do the final walk-through and touch-ups, is that they were proud of their work. It didn't just feel like the end of another job. I don't think you get that much any more.

Can't say enough about Fran, Hector and Brightwing Exteriors, they did an outstanding job, paid attention to all the finer details that most people just don't anymore, really makes a difference in the quality of the work and the finished project. They cleaned up everyday, you wouldn't have even known they were there except for the work done on the house each day when you got home, everyone was friendly, courteous, communicated with me to make sure I was happy with how the job was going or if any questions came up. From Fran, to Manuel, to Lee - no matter who you deal with, they are professional and courteous! Brightwing Custom Crafted Exteriors was the right company for our siding and window job. There were a couple minor bumps (an electrical wire cut, broken glass from a patio door removal, and a cut screen) but each item was dealt with and corrected immediately. We will recommend Brightwing to all our friends and family!
