From estimate to cleanup their work was top notch. Thoroughly explained and enthusiastic to take on the job without being pushy, communicated extremely clearly and made sure we knew what factors (weather, delivery times) might effect the project that were out of their control. They had all materials and dumpster delivered ahead of time so they could hit the ground running around 7:30am, and stayed well after dark to finish. Came back the next day to install fascia on our roof bump out which didn’t even have metal on it in the first place and sweep the property for debris and nails again in the daylight. We received multiple compliments from neighbors already about the final look and how impressed they were with the crew, which speaks volumes on an inherently noisy/disruptive job for neighbors. Because our roof has terrible moss, we found a type of copper stripping for rooftops that offers extra protection forever, that Nick never seen or heard of, he looked for and found a supplier and put it in the contract. Then, after waiting 6 mon. for it, because of COVID delays, they drove to CHICAGO to pick it up!

The Buccos team was fantastic. From coming out to quote the job, answering questions about options, to scheduling, and finally doing the work and closing up the project, I was always in the loop. They were great all the way around. A small piece of siding was damaged (things happen!) - immediately the project manager told me, showed me pictures, and wanted to know how they could make it right - ultimately sending out a couple guys to fix it the next day. They truly go above and beyond!

My townhouse row selected Buccos Roofing for a 9 unit roof replacement job. From the bidding process through installation, we had a very positive experience with customer relations, communication, on site organization, neatness and responsiveness to questions. It’s not easy to WOW 9 homeowners, but Buccos managed to do it.

Great experience with Bucco's Roofing! Bucco's made what was a unique project that could have been difficult to coordinate one that was seamless and smooth. Our project was unique because we had nine individual townhouse owners with connecting roofs that wanted to get all the roofs completed at the same time. This required all nine individual owners to agree on the contractor, materials, color, accessories and be within everyone's budget. Once Bucco's was selected, they then had to contract with each individual owner, coordinate during install, and make sure that nine individual owners were satisfied with the finished product. I will also note that since the award of the project to Bucco's was made in December, with signed contracts and minimal down payment they held pricing for the spring install. In addition since the contracts were with individual owners Bucco's offered financing options if the owner wanted to use the option. I believe Bucco's exceeded expectations on all accounts. Ed Valantas was our sales representative and made three visits to discuss the project with us, including the third meeting which was "all owners" meeting where he thoroughly went through all the roofing products in detail that would be used and presented all the shingle sample boards for color selection which was made on that day. The sales manager Bobby Butler also followed up to make sure Ed was providing superior service and asked if he could be of any assistance. The installation superintendent was Manny. Manny ran a safe, clean and efficient operation. I believe all nine owners were extremely satisfied with the entire process and happy we selected Bucco's!Vince

From start to finish Buccos Roofing exceeded my expectations. The sales team was courteous, knowledgeable and available 24/7 to answer any questions. After the sale the project manager communicated effectively and kept us up-to-date on the schedule. And finally the installation team did an amazing job removing the old roof, installing the new roof and cleaning up at the end.

We had some issues but they came through and corrected them. I would recommend them.

Buccos' workflow is organized and smooth. Manny is an excellent project
manager. At every stage we were kept apprised of what was happening and what to
expect next. The crew was hard working, quick and efficient, reshingling the
~1500 sq ft roof all in about 7 hours. I was emailed pictures of the work as it
was happening.

One area where they could improve is cleanup: I found 6 nails (some with caps
that can leave the nails sticking up) around the house even though they did
sweep the ground with a metal detector.

Manny addressed every question and extra concern I had, even securing a wiggly
downspout with a bracket free of charge.

Overall, I think they did a very good job and would hire them again.

Bobby was great and most of the reason why I went with Buccos. Also the price was good as well compared to others. Only snag was the first Project Manager was terrible and was not what I would expect from a company of this caliber. However, I got a new project manager Mike who was absolutely stellar. There was a few issues during install that were quickly fixed and overall the roof looks and feels great. I would recommend these guys. Talk to Bobby first if you can to get you all setup.

Owens Corning is the way to go! Due to weather delays, I had to switch project managers and I ended up working with Chris on the day of our project. I am so thankful that I was able to work with Chris, he was truly amazing! He was top notch and his team was just as great! He communicated well with me and his team. They were all trained very well and went above and beyond. Chris communicated with us as if he shared the ownership of our roof! The Owens Corning material was installed correctly on every layer of our roof. Everything was perfectly done. I did a lot of research and had 5 quotes from other companies but Owens Corning was the only way to go in my opinion. These roofers at Buccos Roofing knew exactly how to install Owens Corning materials correctly.

We had met with several other roofing companies prior to proceeding with our project. The Buccos Team gave us the best vibe with their easy-going approach while being very thoughtful and thorough. After thinking it over, we called Buccos for help and needed a quick response. They got back to us within a couple hours and their crew was on site the next day! We were amazed with Buccos positive, we ca get it done, attitude and their helpful, conscientious demeanor.The Buccos Roofing crew showed up and immediately got to work in a organized manner. They had all the necessary tools and worked well together as a team to remove the old roof and install the new in a systematic fashion. The crew was friendly, clean, and respectful while doing the work. During the course of the work, they kept us informed of their progress and completion time.The Buccos crew was at our house for just a couple days. Our roof is a bit steep with an 8:12 pitch. They used safety lines tied off to roof anchor points, cushioned the shingle bundles to keep from sliding, and cleaned up every day. We were amazed at their attention to clean up with magnets, shovels, brooms, and a leaf blower to clean our patio and walks leaving it cleaner than when they arrived.We would highly recommend Buccos Roofing to our friends!

They initially came to our home to look at the roof. A few days later as promised they sent me a quote. I called and scheduled appointment. I picked out color for roof and flashing. Buccos called me to say what day there are coming and the time. They kept in constant communication which was really nice. After completion of roof, Chris, the project manager, came to my house to see if I had any questions regarding the roof work. Bucco’s Roofing is an awesome company that communicates with the customer and does nice work.

The Buccos Roofing guys did a FANTASTIC job. Sam Felicetti , Sales Representative, did a through explanation of every step that Buccos Roofing needed to do to complete the job. I had 5 estimates and 3 were all in the same range. One was too low and the other was way to high. I went with Sam because I felt comfortable and confident about Bucco Roofing. Bucco Showed up at 7:45am on Friday. Within an hour they were on the roof. Manny was the manager on my job and he explained everything they would do today. I had a few pieces of plywood that had to be replaced and Manny took pictures and sent to my email. They worked till 7:00 on Friday. Saturday they worked 11 hours and finished the job. Manny had a great crew of 5 guys doing the work. We are very happy with our choice of Owens Corning Roofing shingles. I would HIGHLY recommend Buccos Roofing.

When you're spending a large amount of money on something as important as a roof it's always nice to have someone who is up front and lets you know all the details of what's happening and any issues that could arise a long the way so there's no surprises. The team was fast and the work looks excellent. The price was great and much lower than other estimates that had the same materials.
