It was quick, easy, and efficient.

The closing experience overall was very good. My buyer was delayed for his 11am closing and did not arrive until after 12:30pm. Despite the timing issue, C&B staff was able to handle the closing very efficiently. As an agent, I use C&B in East Cobb whenever I can, so using the Buckhead location was a new experience for me. I would highly recommend that C&B provide better instructions on how to get to your building. The street address works to get you to the door on Peachtree Road, the East or North side of the building. But you can only access the side of the building (facing W Paces Ferry) with an ID badge. Visitors are required to enter the South side of the building which is not visable or accessable from Peachtree Road. Highly recommended that your office provide driving instructions to the Buckhead Plaze Parking Deck behind the building. And that valet parking is provided or not.

I appreciated the fact that they kept me and my Seller and TC informed and up to date on what seemed to have been a challenging closing. In the end we finally was able to close and everybody got Paid!

From pre-closure to closer to closing, everyone in the office worked tirelessly to meet deadlines and accommodate my seller.

Hi! Our Sellers still have not received their proceeds (the attorney mentioned they would Facetime them the next day to confirm wiring instructions but our clients never received a request) Also, there was an amendment that was signed at closing (regarding TVs) which the Seller side has never seen until closing (which I understand is partly the Selling Agent's fault), but we never reviewed it until it was pushed in front of the POA to sign and there was hesitation when I asked to review it. Other than that, everyone was pleasant as always!
