I was charged at least 50 percent more than I was quoted with no communication about the additional charge. This is completely unacceptable.

After mitigation was done we found additional moisture and mold and am dealing with additional demo and damage because it wasn’t taken care of correctly the first time.

They were slow to respond to estimates, follow up information, disorganized and late with different contractors that they use, dragged on the insurance communication proceess, did not finish certain parts of the job, hard to work with.

I would recommended buffalo restorstion to others. They were through, provided me with a fair estimate, and completed the job responsibly.

My experience has not been one that I would want my friends to have. Therefore, unless there is some kind of change, I cannot recommend Buffalo Restoration to people I know.

This is our second experience with Buffalo Restoration. From the moment I first called we were treated with professionalism and efficiency. Everyone who came to the house was knowledgeable regarding the work that needed to be done. We were very satisfied with the final results.

A lot of overcharging for items that didn’t need to be done. For example when repairing walls, towel bars were removed when not in the way or in the wall being repaired just to keep the charge in the bill.

Buffalo Restoration was the first to respond to our emergency situation when our dishwasher broke and flooded the kitchen. From the first contact with them to the restoration process to billing, everyone we worked with was friendly, caring, kind and knowledgeable. The restoration team was committed to saving our old wooden floor boards so we didn't have to replace them or tear up the entire kitchen floor. And they did! So grateful for their dedication and great work ethic.

Buffalo Restoration performed all the requuirement of this project in a timely manner, as per requirements, and I would recommend them.

Super quick response time for mitigation of my issue - professional & quality workmanship. Good overall communication, estimate sheets were a bit difficult to interpret (although the Insurance company understood them).

They did a great job. They worked efficiently, did what they said they would do, and did high quality work.

You left the job at my house unfinished. It is still not complete despite half a dozen promises to come finish a job you began a year ago. You left trash and other materials, which you’ve since claimed, you left the toilet unattached (since attached) and you left the repainting an covering at the side of the bathroom unfinished, all despite charging me tens of thousand of dollars. No way to run a rodeo. And I’m still waiting for my rebate for the unfinished work.

Buffalo restoration was at our home within an hour of being called. I run a business in the space that was needing water mitigation. They did an excellent job of working with me to make sure my business could still be up and running (and fielding many questions from curious preschoolers). Well I can’t say enough about Jean. She explains the process thoroughly, is patient when explaining & re-explaining when you don’t understand, is completely honest (even if delivering bad news), has good working relationship with colleagues, stays engaged in the project so collaborating with colleagues & not just “selling.” In my mind, Jean is the secret to Buffalo Restoration’s success. She’s the first point of contact, the deliverer of news & the last point of contact with test results. She’s an excellent representative of the company.

The reconstruction crew NEVER called or showed up! It has been MONTHS! We ended up finishing the job ourselves.

It has been 5 months and the project is still not finished . No communication unless I call and leave messages, and still no resolution to completion of the project. Your mitigation team was efficient in removal of the mold but the restoration has been slow and non-responsive. The drywall subs I feel were not being accurate with their time as well to you. You thought they had completed the project and it was only 1/2 done.

We already have recommended BR to several friends. We cannot thank the staff of BR enough for how quickly they came to begin the remediation process of water damage in our home...within 1/2 day of our emergency call. The staff were knowledgable, safety minded, friendly, helpful, great with communication and did a 5 star job in riding our affected room of moisture so repairs could begin. We so appreciated having a storage cube supplied as we had to completely empty the damaged room of everything. The Foreman, Gabe Lemieux, was outstanding in overseeing the project from beginning to end, in communicating with us, and expeditious in getting us whatever help or answers we needed.

Buffalo Restoration installed a new kinectico system to our vacation home water system. It is working wonderfully!

While I hope to never have this experience repeated…water damage and everything that followed was certainly not enjoyable 🙃… I would not hesitate to recommend or reach out to Buffalo should the need arise. They were a pleasure to work with and professional / efficient / kind throughout.
