They take forever to complete a job and charge you more they quoted you, every little item they charge you more than cost.

Work and materials seem fine. Getting the project on the schedule and communication was a challenge.

Build Brothers made the process easy by providing support and guidance throughout the whole process.

90% was good 10% was bad. The roof works, the price was good and I like the speed but I pointed out a few mistakes. I was told the mistakes could not be repaired and when I refused final payment the mistakes were repaired the next day. At first I was told that the permits would be handled by Build brother and when I asked for a copy of the permits I was told that they did not get them because it would have costed me more.

Project ran over time schedule. Had to take an extra day off of work due to them not manning the job correctly. Didn't have enough ridge cap, so couldn't finish job. Vent cap not secured properly, came off and fell off roof. Trucks left oil stains on driveway. Didn't arrange solar panels how they were originally designed. I was told after the fact. Fascia boards were not painted, I was told they would be. Sales person lied

What are you guy doing? You can't even send me the survey with a correct company I did the roofing with. I did not do my roofing with SDS Solar and roofing. Roofing was done by Build Brother not SDS Solar and roofing.

Everything was done as requested. Very Professional.

Build Brothers messed up on the installation the first time. They cut into the wrong side of the roof, and it took them a long time to come back and fix it.

The installers were fantastic. They were prompt, they cleaned up well, and they finished in 2 days.

Over 4 months.Pressured to sign off, still not completed .Used cheep materials . Not California title 24 compliant. Roof is not up to code. My home is unbearably hot! we'll need to put a new roof over this after spending almost $31000.00. Ruined aesthetics of one patio didn't even bother to do the other one. Also Ruined my lighting system.

There were a few problems, but they were understandable.

Owens Corning, has a great product but the installation from KBI Electric, Inc. was a horrible experience.
