Fine job meeting our needs for a front step railing and side step railing. The work quality was excellent. Although this wasn’t a very large job, it was handled with care and appropriate attention. Our questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. We are pleased to have this safety feature available from us & our guests.

Additional Comments - I love my new deck! It’s perfect! The crew did an excellent job, very professional. They work very hard even in the rain to complete your project. At first I did the deck without stairs but after a couple weeks I decided I wanted stairs, I called HD Exterior, informed them about the change I wanted and they did it! I’m so pleased with the outcome! I love the colors I love the design it’s just perfect! The crew did an amazing job

Additional Comments - HD exterior was with us all the way through the deck planning and building process, to include HOA approval, materials, delivery, and completion. We have had a lot of work done over the years and this is easily the most transparent and efficient contracting process we’ve ever experienced. They may not be the cheapest, but it is more than worth the premium to get the job done right and have them take care of all the approvals and permits - and they have the best warranty we’ve seen.

The entire process for the deck project was so simple. The team arrived as expected, performed their work, and cleaned up the area before leaving each day. The finished deck is absolutely stunning and the envy of the neighbors. I've already recommended HD Exteriors to my neighbors.

My project was somewhat delayed due to weather. But once the workers began the project, everything went very smoothly. The workers were all very efficient, they knew their craft well and very friendly and polite to me. Especially the head supervisor on the job who worked every day they were able to. My deck looks beautiful. The day after it was completed, I left the country for two weeks so I really haven’t had a chance to enjoy it, but I know I will.

Installation Crew - The installation crew was fantastic through the entire build. Anytime we had questions during the build they addressed them and made sure we were happy with the final deck and covered deck.

While the finished project is in good shape, we are unable to confidently recommend HD Exteriors to friends and family. Given the price point of this project and how much the company did not deliver on what was promised with how the project was implemented and delivered, we would recommend people avoid working with HD Exteriors until significant changes are made with their internal processes.

The work was very well done and very professional. The deck looked exactly like we wanted, but the designer failed to check the building code, and the deck failed the inspection. HD Exteriors did everything they could to make sure that the deck passed the inspection, but it took an additional 6 months for the work to be completed.

Although it took longer than expected to complete our deck, they did a great job in building it.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had a patio with a lot of unfortunate issues that needed redone, and Carl was so polite honest and professional with us beginning to end. The work crew showed up and gave nothing but excellent hard work , and direct polite communication from the foreman to answer a few simple questions in betwee pulling out the old and putting in the new. They got it all done with I believe the least damage they could to our yard , backfilled, cleaned up and graded around it for us. They turned an unusable patio into perfection in literally one long working day. Thanks HD!

I'm the customer that likes to not be inundated with too many text/calls. This experience was perfect for the extroverted introvert. I was communicated with when absolutely necessary, there was no up-sale, just exactly what I needed. I provided a budget and HD kept it within my needs with the quality I wanted. I loved this experience and hope that my neighbors get to enjoy it as well.

Our small concrete slab patio was converted into a beautiful and larger inviting outdoor space. Jeremiah was awesome and a big part of the reason we chose HD. Communication throughout the process was amazing…we always knew exactly where we were in the process and when the next step would take place.

From start to finish, our patio project with HD Exteriors couldn't have gotten more smoothly. We first spoke with Austin and he helped tailor our project to meet a target price that worked for our budget. We had other companies come by, spend about 10 minutes taking measurements and giving us a quote but the way in which Austin took his time to explain the in's and out's and came to an agreement made all of the difference. We were consistently informed via auto-generated messages as well as direct emails about the project status. We got to meet with the project managers and went over the work being conducted. The installation crew showed up on time and knocked out the entire project in just under 2 days. Even after the project was completed, the folks at HD Exteriors were quick to answer follow-up questions we had about maintenance and other general inquiries. Highly recommend the work performed by HD Exteriors, it's nice to know there are still good folks out there that stand by their word.
