Good quality work and good customer service.

Recommended to neighbors, had a sign on the lawn and have additional business cards to hand out.

They were very friendly, professional staff and worked with us to come up with a design that met our needs. I am very happy with the end product.

The guys are pros, and the price was great. The workers were excellent, and the quality is really good. I can't say enough about them.

James Hardie has not responded to my reports of this shoddy abandoned work. Consider different siding, different installer

Crew left a mess - multiple gaps in the deck where they'd ripped boards off, cracking some in the process.

Crew installed house-wrap so poorly that it came loose in the wind - long streamers of loose house-wrap ripping about in the wind. James Hardie standards say staples at least every 24 inches

Th crew installed new house-wrap on top of old - a red flag.

The siding they did install is wavy , butt-joints not nailed down, poor finish on most corners & trim. Professionals arrive soon to clean up after GRSW aka Buzz.

Crew did significant damage to window frames where siding was removed with brute-force.

Bailed out leaving a pile of light fittings, screws, nails, exposed light and power sockets. Gutter downspouts left lying in the ground.,.long runs of un-caulked joints at the roofline

On the way out, one of the crew crashed into a brick planter and damaged it badly. The whole crew laughed while shoddily trying to fix it (we had to do it ourselves)

Many things will be cheerfully included during the initial onsite visit as you do the walk-around. get EVERYTHING written into the contract

They sub-contracted my job. Recommend that at invoice time you Google this "770 ILCS 60/5", and see what you have to do to protect yourself from subcontractor liens (can be filed 2 years later - homeowner is liable and can be sued.

It's best to be home to make sure architectural size boards used are the correct size due to it being a historic home. I still have one small area that needs finishing. They let me run and get insulation for my side porch which I would want insulated and installed. The roofer told me about the venting product to help with ventilation.. very good advice.

The experience was remarkable! Our "big" project entailed a new roof, siding and gutters. We were always informed and they adapted to changes we made along the way. The process went seamless and looks more beautiful than we could have imagined. John is a man of his word, and his staff very hard workers who know how to get the project done right. Overall, the house looks nice. John delivered what he said he would with the loo. It's just the little details, like the caulking and the flashing, where they fell short and are the negatives of the installation. I had to supervise the crew more than I thought I should have to which was disappointing, and honestly I was glad I was working from home so I could watch them because they needed more supervision. I'm paying for this work and I shouldn't have to supervise them as much as I did. I had to have them redo several pieces because they weren't straight. Overall, it turned out fine, and Juan was very polite and fixed everything I said, but it should've been right the first time.

We completely changed the external look of our house. We resided, changed the design of the porch, and changed the external look to be more of a craftsman look. The team did a great job helping us with the design. They also performed quality work, cleaned the site every day, were super kind and hard-working. I would definitely recommend them.
