This is our 3rd project with California Pools including the initial installation of our pool 31 years ago. When we have pool and hardscape projects, California Pools & Landscape is the only company we call. They are professional, knowledgeable and reliable.

From start to finish the quality of communication was high. The project with exception of unpredictable weather delays was on time and on budget. I highly recommend considering Cal Pools as your provider. They do it all including pool, hardscape, and landscape.

We interviewed a lot of companies. Cal was professional and prepared for our meeting. We nailed down a design day one and were able to move forward quickly. Others could no compare. The rest of the process was equally smooth. No major hiccups and the schedule was spot on. Their app was so helpful. It kept us informed of the schedule, dates, payments and immediate contact and feedback support.

Cal used our plans and modified them to allow us a better backyard than we initially hoped for. Simple, quite, low maintenance equipment and a larger pool and complete backyard landscape and turf. It is perfect.

We did recommend California Pools to a family member and they have contracted for a new pool.

Very communicative, the app they use is wonderful for keeping the customer up to date.

We now have a beautiful backyard after the completion of our pool and landscaping by California Pools and Landscape. Even during COVID, the project moved along well. The subcontractors at all stages were courteous, proficient and neat.

Jordan Thrasher did a fine job as our project manager.

A very special and enthusiastic shout-out goes to our scheduling manager Valerie Watson. She did an excellent job scheduling the various phases of the project and keeping us informed at all times. She was very quick to answer any concerns we had, and was unfailingly courteous and kind. California Pools is VERY lucky to have her.

One of the worst companies at communication. They took 5 months to do a 4 week project then didn't listen. The entire time I explained they were missing something they didn't listen so when they had to fix it, that delayed the project another 2 weeks. It was a horrible experience with the company start to finish.

California Pools & Landscape does great work but I wished the price wasn't so steep.

From the day I choose CA Pools & Landscape through project completion, I have always been impressed. They are a TRUE Design-Build team with open communication and transparency. This ensures the customer is always up to speed with any changes. Steve R (Design), Steve D (Construction) along with Jordan, Gabe (Startup) are amazing with their approach. Sara D is the glue that binds it all together. With all the trades involved and ever changing decisions (mostly from me), she was instrumental in keeping the process moving. From initial design to a finished pool, spa landscape package built in less than 2.5 months is Amazing! I will highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Once the entire project was agreed upon we chose the start timeline & the project was laid out. From beginning to end, even with normal changes or adjustments along the way, the project was completed on time.we were very satisfied with work, the people and the final result. I would and have recommended cal pool to people that I know.

We moved here from places where pools aren't needed so this is our first experience designing and building a pool. We met with several companies and chose California Pools & Landscape which was absolutely the right choice! From the design to build and then landscape things went exceptionally well. Joshua helped us through the design process and envision what it would look like once completed. His advice and expertise resulted in a beautiful functional design that we love. The build process led by Jeremiah was always on track or even ahead of schedule. Jeremiah frequently visited the site to manage progress and answer questions. The teams who worked each phase of the build were amazing (these tasks did not look easy!) Rebecca has been an outstanding project manager always on top of schedule details and keeping us informed of progress. She also brings positive energy and finds solutions to any issues that came up. This is an excellent team of professionals we highly recommend! The pool and spa are now complete and we are finalizing some landscaping items. This pool/spa is beyond beautiful, we can't believe this is actually our yard! Thank you Cal Pools, we love love love this house and yard of our dreams!

We've had our CalPool since April 2018. It's beautiful, we are extremely happy with everything! CalPool is number 1 as far as we are concerned. They explained every detail and procedure..and they followed through to the very end of completion.

They are so fun, helpful, creative and on schedule! They were oustandanding!

We did a lot of research on different pool companies when we decided to put in a pool. Ultimately we went with California pools because of the quality, customer service and a great pool designer. I highly recommend California pools and would use them again if I ever build another pool.

Our experience with California Pools was outstanding! Our project manager, Daune, and the scheduler, Sarah, worked together smoothly, like a well oiled engine. If we had anything that we had questions on Duane would stop by to explain or show us. If the crew(s) were going to be at our house early, I would get an email from Sarah, in advance. We have been very pleased with our pool and we get lots of compliments of how beautiful our backyard is.

California Pools really captured our vision and dream for the pool and deck. Absolutely beautiful, professional work.
