Callier & Thompson replaced appliances in my kitchen. Bobby Kren provided top notch customer service. I made my purchase right before the Covid 19 crisis which meant installation would need to take place during the Stay Home order. Bobby was very sensitive to my concerns and needs regarding installation during this time. I moved forward with the install during this unprecedented time. The installation team was great and very detailed oriented. I had a particularly tricky wall that I was worried that the built in oven installation would damage, however the install team installed seamlessly. It looks fantastic! I feel so fortunate to have these new appliances during quarantine time as I can't say I have done much cooking and baking until now! Thank you and I will be back to see you for my next home project.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The quality of the work and attention to details that would not be noticeable to the novice but was to the expert. The communication system that they put in place from day one and the availability of the experts to address our questions. Lastly, our designer Christine created a vision that showed she was in tune with our likes/dislikes, but also considered our surroundings. She designed each bathroom differently but in a manner that allowed them to flow nicely. We got a beautiful "elegant rustic" design and we love it!.

We are so very pleased and extremely happy with the remodels.....everyday when we walk into the kitchen and bathrooms we have a huge smile on our faces.....our house looks amazing and not like any other homes....our style

I can't think of anyone I would recommend more highly than Callier & Thompson to complete a remodeling project. They worked hard to stay within our budget while giving us a new kitchen that was everything we had hoped for, and they completed the work in a timely fashion just as promised. I would use them again with no hesitation whatsoever.
