Everyone i dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Either they answered my call immediately or they got back to me promptly. They told me the steps of the project and it unfolded as they had said. The roofing team did the job quickly and well. Our new roof looks great!
They were very thorough in thinking through our job, identifying all issues the inspector would flag, and being proactive in coming up with solutions
Early stages of process were a little bumpy. My wife kept getting calls from various people involved when we repeatedly asked for calls to be directed to me.
Capital Construction completed 3 major projects at my house, and all 3 turned out amazing. Jay and his team worked so hard to ensure that my expectations were exceeded at every turn. Communication was constant and the work was efficient. It's clear that Jay loves what he does, as he truly cares about the quality of the work being done. I wouldn't hesitate hiring Jay and his team again!
They completed the job within the timeframe that was agreed upon even though there were several rainy day!
Quality - timing and installation was great. All the workers where pleasant and very skilled
On time, dilligent and respectful
This was a first class operation from planning to execution. A lot of attention to detail as well. Great job all around
Is it a good job cleaned up and your job Forman followed up on an issue that we have with the a window he came out the same day I called as bout issue and had it fixed right away. Good to see people that are dedicated to there job he represented your business in the best possible way on the Murphy project thank you
Just recommend CCC Inc to my neighbour!
I was extremely pleased with all phases of my new roof. Salesman, project manager and workers were knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with.
Very friendly and professional
The service was excellent. We have another job happening, and I'm waiting for them to complete that. So far, so good!
The quote for the work was detailed and included accurate contingencies for roof deck and siding repair
Still waiting for the last window that was measured i correctly. Over I give you an A+
Everyone at Capital Construction were really a very friendly employee. We have had a lot of people telling us how great our house looks now.The old siding was over 30 years old .In the near future we are going to have Capital Construction replace a couple doors.
The crews all do great work, though I felt the roofing crew was in too much of a rush, and some of the details were overlooked, or could have been executed better. There was a lot of communication from the management teams, in fact sometimes too much, and sometimes conflicting information.
I would recommend Capital as they were efficient and were very neat around the construction site.
From the moment their salesperson Mike Bettencourt contacted me I knew the company was a decent one. I didn't feel pressured at all. We met with him; he showed us everything that would be put on our roof and explained why. Then gave us the price and we nearly choked. BUT in all fairness, we had no idea what it would cost. Our neighbor told us what his cost but that was 6-7 years ago. Costs have changed since then so we knew it seemed fair, plus we needed a skylight replaced. Our roof was original to our home, and it was leaking. We told him our most important factors, and this company met each one. They communicated every step of the way. When things were done, they didn't just walk away. We got 2 phone call making sure we completely satisfied with the work. My husband and I are 1000% satisfied with our experience with this company and if we ever needed anything done that is in their line would definitely call them first. They are fair and highly skilled.
Capital Construction Contracting's employees were conscientious, polite, and clean.
Quick to schedule and helped us set up the financing. Our roof was leaking and they got the job done in the worst kind of weather. Very happy. Thank you.
I can't leave a review because to date 4/18/2025 the job isn't complete. I'm still waiting for sky light covers (which I'm told had to be ordered) to be installed.
I was not at the site - my contractor and property management company were. The lockbox was broken at least once. The port-a-john was left unlocked and open to (and experienced) unwelcome guests. It also took longer to remove than I was told. Thge final product was very good and the building looks great. But at times - including the endless phonecalls and emails to fill out this survey which I really do not like filling out generally - I felt that the company was aggressive and pushy. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and efficient, but I just think if aa customer does nto want to fill out a survey, you should just leave it alone.
Dealing with this team made it easier to decide on the job. .They explained what was used and how it was going to be completed. The tem worked on a very cold day and it didn't delay them at all!!.
Workers were fast, thorough and polite!
Brian the sale guy was very honest about could and could not be done in our budget
Very quick to answer questions and address any concerns and the project was done in a day!
Already recommended to a neighbor
Work crew & leader & office spent
Extra time to produce above average results
the people were so polite from start to finish. the color is absolutely amazing. ive already starting telling friends about it. :)
No. In fact, I have warned numerous neighbors and co-workers to NOT choose Capital Construction. The work crew that did our siding was utterly inconsiderate of our property. Unlike what is stated in the contract we signed, no tarps were used. Consequently, the debris, nails, drop off, trash, sharp pieces of cut aluminum etc were absolutely everywhere. There was so much debris that we are still picking it up today -literally we were just outside doing it- and the job was finished 4 weeks ago. I think we will be finding nails and screws for a long time. Also in regards to the nails, both our PM, Anthony, and sales rep, Tesla, repeatedly told us that they would appreciate it if we didn't ever mention the nails when writing reviews. I am still flabbergasted that they both had the nerve to actually ask that of me.
I have called and emailed 3 times to have yard cleanup now that snow has melted . It is complete disaster.
Also I have a light that doesn't work
And I have 2 doorbells that weren't replaced ML
O
I know the people are 3rd party but accuracy on the portapotty leaving and making sure there is nothing left behind when taking the dumpster.
Finished on time, in fact, a little early, with no surprised and it looks great
The professionalism of everyone involved and the efficiency of the workers to complete the job in a day. They cleaned up the old roofing material thoroughly.
Selling points were quality, safety, and cleanliness.
We are not sure of the quality yet, though the shingles were among those recommended by Consumer Reports.
There were workers on the roof in the dark on the first night. Though no one was injured, safety was a concern.
Cleanliness was very disappointing as we will be picking up debris into the spring.
Very professional not salesie. No issues. Smoothe process from start to finish. Clean friendly pleasant workers. Very experienced.
The quality of work done was very good, and very fast. I was surprised and impressed that they worked right through a rain/snow storm.
Attention to detail was poor. The siding itself is beautiful but caulking was done very sloppily. One angled piece was cut incorrectly, leaving a half inch gap exposed and unprotected. White PVC trim has paint color smears.
Our project took a long time getting off the ground: we signed a contract and gave a substantial deposit in April, and work started just before Christmas. 8 months is a long time to be $50,000 out of pocket. That said, the work was excellent, everyone was responsive and always checking in and making sure we were satisfied, which was great.
I thought the work was done efficiently and quickly, and I am pleased with the results.
The men who did our work were very hardworking, efficient, and competent. They would frequently work in the dark, and we turned on outside lights for them.
They communicated with us through every stage. We never felt like we were "forgotten". All the workers, from the dumpster and materials delivery to the roofing crew, were friendly and respectful of the property.
The crew was competent, polite, neat and cleaned up the site. I wrote to Capital with a punch list - 2 items: 1): no strike plate for a storm door. This was attended to. 2): my door warning device (Ring) was removed when the door was replaced & then reattached, but not in working order. I told Capital about this and have not had a reply/esponse
The crew showed up on time and proceeded to work in conditions that were far from ideal weather wise, temperature in the teens, without a word of displeasure. Proceeded in January snow on the ground conditions until completion without breaks and with team work. Attention to detail in every respect.... in short a quality outcome rarely found today.
Very bad communication among sales, project management, construction crew and customer. No drawing with dimensions was provided so the final result was smaller than expected. Pricing was on the highest side.
Such a great company! We'll definitely use them in the future for other projects we have in mind!
Overall I was satisfied with the work completed. I was not happy about the Very hard sell at time of quote. I asked for 24 Hours to think about the quote and was not afforded that time so I ended up signing and I overpaid. Lesson learned.
Everyone one was very easy to work with.
