I don't usually recommend many businesses to anyone.

We are in our 80s. We had to move out of the home, because water invaded two levels. They had to pull down, and replace everything from floors, to ceilings. At our age, that is not anything you look forward to. They moved us into the Hilton for 2 months, very nice place. We came back to find everything had been boxed, and labeled. I definitely recommend them. They did an excellent job!

Everything was good, and I liked the way they did the work. I am really happy with the service.

We were so impressed with this company, their professionalism and how they kept to their schedules. I was actually sad to see them leave and begged them to do the remodel of our master bath after the February Freeze here in TX. I wish they would open an office here in Houston! While the mitigation process was successful, it took longer than expected due to other “priority” jobs that pulled the crew away. Also thorough photographs were not taken prior to demolition which left us guessing how to rebuild.

I would not use nor recommend Carolina Restoration Services. I was unhappy with the way they handled our situation in our home.

They removed all the wet insulation but completely destroyed the entire underbelly in doing so. Could not get a vendor to fix.

Carolina Restoration did a superb job of restoring our upstairs bathroom. We did not realize the extent of the damage we had. We were concerned about the possibility of mold formation. They came out right away and performed moisture measurement and explained the extent of the water damage we had. They did the work and cleaned up after themselves each day. I would recommend them for any restoration job.

The first work had to be redone and when it was redone and completed I would give it a 4 on the second try. I am finishing the rest.

The situation I was in was bad but they were professional and every day I came home, more work had been completed but they cleaned up after themselves. Water damage is no joke and Carolina Restoration were fast and neat int he work that they did.

I had water under my house, Carolina Restoration came out and dried out the crawl space just fine. It was getting them to replace the vapor barrier and the insulation that was taken out. After calling several times I gave up trying to get them to finish what they started.

They've done as well as they could possibly do.

They did a great job. I'm very happy with the work.

The problem with Carolina Restoration Services is they use subcontractors to do the work. They don't keep the schedule that is put in place. They don't communicate very well. Most of them don't speak English. The subcontractors had to come back and do the same work over and over, at least 2 or 3 times. It took from July 25 to December 30 for them to complete the job at my house.

They left me completely pleaseed and I have recommended them several times since the work they have done.

They exceeded all my expectations and were very patient.

I genuinely enjoyed having the team from Carolina Restoration in my home. They were at my house within an hour of my call to our insurance provider. Their managers evaluated the damage at my house, determined what they would need, and the restoration team was on scene less than an hour after that. The restoration team was WONDERFUL. They were polite, friendly, and cared about my family and our things. They took precautions to protect my toddler, and were VERY nice to him too! I would happily have them back, as long as it didn't require another pipe breaking.
