Project was started when promised and completed quickly. Workers were professional and courteous and neat. Carp's stayed in touch throughout and made sure I was satisfied before designating the job complere. Overall, a very plesant experiance and worth it.

Carp’s moved mountains to get our project done before our daughter’s graduation party and they delivered beautifully. I appreciated the dedicated crews who are excellent at their craft, their desire to make everything perfect, and sticking to a tight timeline. They took my vision, enhanced it, and now we have an absolutely gorgeous home.

Cost-wise, Carp's Complete Exteriors was very expensive.

Despite some weather issues that caused minor delay, Carp's install was swift and complete. The house looks great.

Overall we are satisfied with the work and felt the crew was the shining star with our experience- we could tell they were very knowledgeable and professional. We did have one issue during our project related to windows but Chad was quick to help resolve in a way that satisfied us. Our biggest issue is related to communication before and after the main portion of our project (we are still waiting on somethings for final completion). During the few weeks we had people on site communication was great but prior to the start we did get an email that our project was about to start and we’d be hearing from someone about material and dumpster drop off then a few days later our materials showed up in our driveway without notice and I had a very difficult time getting my car out of the garage so I could park it in the street out of the way. Not a great way to start a project. Since the bulk of our work has been completed ( almost 2 months) we still haven’t heard from anyone about getting our outside lights reinstalled - I was told you all would take care of it, yet I still have a light sitting in my driveway, on my deck, and in my yard. Our garage door flashings were installed with the wrong color and I understand the right color wasn’t in stock and was told it had been ordered and once it is an easy fix, but again 2 months later no update. I was called about 3 weeks ago about our window finally being in and they had someone out that day to measure - since then no updates. Also there is a new customer portal that I was excited to use hoping it would make the experience smoother. I tried to use it in the beginning but it became very obvious that the team was not going to use it which was disappointing.

I am very satisfied with the job. I have no complaints. Carp's Complete Exteriors did a great job.

If you expect work to be done immediately be prepared to be disappointed. They are very busy. When I called with a roof leak they came the next day and parched it. I had to wait three months before the roof was replaced and other work done. Granted it was terribly hot and I’m sure theWhen I called with a roof leak they came the next day and fixed it. They came three months later to replace the roof and do some other repairs I had requested. They are busy so I wasn’t surprised

Our only regret is that we waited so long to begin the project.

I would recommend them to a rich friend. I got three bids for this job. They were the highest. The other two kept leaving stuff out that I know needed to be done.

The work is good (though incomplete at this point) and the house looks great. The project manager and office staff are terrible at communicating though. I feel like I was constantly having to chase down answers to my questions. I know that they aren't busy but it felt like I was constantly having to push the work forward. The project manager never kept promised dates and never actually responded to messages.

They were creative and enthusiastic about the design. The pride in their work was evident watching them complete the project.

Carp's is world class at following up on your questions and concerns, and they stand behind their work. During a project, there's a fair amount of behind the scenes detail work (coordination) going on. It's no accident that a dumpster arrives only a day in advance of their crew, and it's gone quickly thereafter. Then, while the crew is on site, everybody's working hard, ... no goofing off. And you have the cell phone number of your own project manager. Questions about what's happening? He's on it, or he's already got an explanation for you.

We had dry rot and woodpecker damage on our existing siding. We hired Carp's to reside our entire home with James Hardie siding and install new fascia and gutters. It looks nice and we are looking forward to a low-maintenance home!

Great to work with. Everyone that I dealt with did an exceptional job.The finished job looks excellent.

Chad gave a solid sales pitch, then followed through with everything he promised. He was much more picky than we were on the walk through - which was greatly appreciated and provided a lot of confidence in the work quality.

Very impressed with this company, my home looks fantastic. The installers of my siding are very professional and efficient.

After window installer's found rotting framework around my existing MBR window, I asked Carp's for a bid on re-siding the front of my house, with the open ended provision that once the old siding was off, I would need additional insulation and framework repairs to be made. Carp's not only worked with me, the owner came out and met with my window installer so everyone was 'on the same page' as far who would do what for a window installation. Carp's kept me "in the loop" as far as scheduling, and their crew was very professional, polite and conscientious. Hence, when I have the rest of my house sided, Carp's is definitely coming back!

They also listened when I noticed my doors wouldn't shut right and fixed that. Or when I asked if they could add insulation to a section missing some. Or when I mentioned that the dryer vent needed to be a larger size. In all of these interactions they were responsive to what I wanted.
