I am sad to say Case dropped the ball. What could have been a great remodel experience was lost due to inability to fix a problem (2 mirrors next to each other were crooked) in a timely fashion. Not returning my calls and a huge mess in an area they had access to that was left with over 2 inches of debris. Just another contractor that took on a small job and let it fall by the wayside chasing bigger projects.

Case Design did a great job in listening to what we wanted to accomplish and worked with us to give us the remodel of our dreams. The staff and sub contractors did an outstanding job in doing what they said they would do in the timeframe they said they would do it in which made us very happy. We are very pleased with our project and will be using them again for additional projects.

For this project, I dealt almost exclusively with the sub-contractor, Mr. Dan Isenberg and his assistant Mr.Gordon DeLaney of D&E Excavating Services, L.L.C., Pinson, Alabama. Again, it was a pleasure to do business with Case Design/Remodeling of Birmingham and to be associated with both of these named gentlemen. When he was not able to provide as much attention to our project (covering for other staff that was on medical leave or working on another job), a lot of rework was required. We were also disappointed that Tom was not more involved in our project. He was one of the main reasons that we selected Case as our remodeler. However, after design was complete, we did not have any interaction with Tom.Overall, we love our new bathroom and it looks great. Case did go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product.

This is the second major remodeling project Case Design/Remodeling has done for us. The outcome is superb, and the commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is second to none. Both my wife and I have truly enjoyed dealing with this company and it's people. This second remodeling project did not go as smoothly as the first one. A few problems developed, but they were remedied by Case to our full satisfaction, and we have nothing but good things to say about our total experience. As a matter of fact, very soon we will continue our home improvement, hiring this wonderful company to do more projects for us.

All and all, I am satisfied with my experience. The work was good and everyone seemed to work well. My only complaint that I had was that they didn't do a good job of laying the protective paper. Since it was tearing up in the hall, I think they should have put new paper down.
