Not happy with the way windows were installed. Windows are difficult to close. The windows were not caulked thoroughly. Installers left a huge mess requiring us to vacuuming and mop after they left.

I would never do this to a friend.

My experience with Castle Windows from the time I first got a call from them to when they finished installing the windows was 5 stars. Everything was excellent.

I had windows installed from Castle Windows in 2006 and I liked them so much I had them back to install windows in 2024 and so far so good.

The installation and the product was great however they never showed us about the window operation for cleaning, it’s not rocket science and we figured it out but would have been nice to demonstrate it. The other point is they said an e-mail receipt would be sent to us and we still have not received it after 3 weeks, I have called twice and they told the receipt would be mailed mailed that day however we are still waiting
