They need to improve professionalism and taking responsibility for process deficiencies because it that is just as important as workmanship.

Catalano Enterprises did a fine job. Everything I asked to be done was done. He did a very good job responding to my needs.

I am very unsatisfied with the entire process.

Mr. Catalano was very responsive to my concerns. His son Robert was excellent and supervised the repairs while keeping me informed of status.

With respect to Catalano Enterprises, my insurance carrier recommended this company after my home suffered water damage due to a leak. I am not satisfied with their work or professionalism. In short, here are my concerns and complaints:1. Failure to thoroughly communicate the construction process. 2. Lack of communication during all facets of the construction process 3. Failure to do a walk through during construction and after construction was "completed".4. Failure to provide me an accounting of how my budget was spent (to date I have received no response)5. Failure to reimburse me for the cost of my excess water bill (i.e. ($308.00 bill when it usually $44.00) due to Catalano Enterprises' employees and/or contractors letting the water facets/toilets run for an undisclosed amount of time. I have provided the owner Randy Sigalas a copy of the SAWS invoice and he represented to me via text messages and electronic mail that he was going to reimburse the difference. However, to date, I have not received reimbursement.6.Catalano Enterprises employees and/or contractors left my yard a mess, and even after it hired a cleaning lady, my home was left very dirty. 7. I had to email Randy Sagalas various pictures of incomplete work and had to remind him to make the necessary repairs before I moved back into the house. 8. They left a lockbox on the outside faucet and failed to return to remove it.Overall, I was unhappy with my experience with Catalano Enterprises and would not recommend them for home repairs.

Catalano Enterprises did exactly what I asked of them. They did a great job.

This Company lacks communication skills. The lack of communication with my wife and I as well within their own office made for a very frustrating experience.

The Catalano's were friendly and extremely professional. Our property had been damaged by a car that drove through our fence and the corner of our house. Their work was first class. To look at it, you would never know the house had ever been damaged.

Catalano Enterprises is a really good company. My project supervisor was very professional, polite, respectful and thorough.

They do excellent work! Communication is very straight-forward! They were doing work for me in another area and some of the materials they did not have and they were kind enough to find a vendor in Houston so me and my wife could go out and select material! Pretty good company! They streamline the process which I really like!

There were a couple of issues and we had to have people to come back but other than that it was a good job.

I am 87 years old and without the help of everyone connected with Catalano Enterprises this could have been an impossible task but everyone was concerned with the quality of their work and also with the care of my property.
