I am happy with the quality of their work but not happy with the quality of their communication.

Jim was our sales rep from the company. He was attentive to our vision and made it happen. He responded promptly with any questions or concerns, in the design phase and through conclusion of the project. I would recommend Catalfano Brothers especially Jim for any roofing or siding needs.

The service was fine.

We have had numerous problems with the work performed. While the continue to come back out to address the exterior issues promptly, it is troublesome that my small roof has so many problems--including after several inspections and reassurances. Catalfano failed to resolve the interior damage to my home, which we will have to remedy ourselves or seek alternate redress. Catalfano repeatedly failed to provide promised estimates for other work that was requested. I have also attempted to address all of these issues with them prior to writing this review, but they have refused to respond. All that said, the office staff are great.

The sales person and crew were fantastic. We are happy with the final result, but the process and especially the project manager were terrible. After waiting 3 months with virtually no communication we were given 3 days notice that our job would proceed the week before Christmas. We had to cut a vacation short and drive 12 hours home to meet the crew with very little notice or miss the opportunity to have our job completed. We were essentially told its now or never. Once the crew was onsite the project manager was very condescending and offered to read us the contract when we asked what we should expect each day- as in span of day, what they hoped to accomplish each day etc. As they started removing the old siding my husband and I periodically came out to check what was going on and see how much rot etc was discovered. I was then told to not come out again seemingly for my safety even though I was coming out the front door when they were working in the back, but he did allow my husband to come out of the house. Sadly it was obvious that it was more that they did not want to be bothered and did not want us to notice when they tried to cover the old asbestos siding even though it stated in the contract- that the project manager offered to read us earlier in the day- that it would all be removed. When questioned about it the project manager tried to scare us into not removing it by falsely claiming that we would have to put all new plywood up. He tried to make us believe that it was going to be 20-30 sheets and cost thousands more than originally quoted. We reminded him again that it stated in the contract how much each sheet was and we had talked thru all of this with the Jim- our sales person. Then he tried to say they did not have enough time to do it because we had delayed the job by not letting them start before we drove home from Georgia. Clearly they just wanted to be done before the holiday, but it was not our choice when they started. After a flurry of phone calls to the office and Jim the sales person the crew did remove the old siding and only used 2 sheets of plywood not 20. After that day the project manager did not come to the job site and things ran smoother. The crew was receptive about things we noticed and despite the rocky start we were happy in the end.

Our experiences with Catalfano Brothers has been very positive from the start. All appointments were kept and everyone arrived when expected. Estimates we received were detailed and accurate. Our is a two part project. The first part, our roof, has already been completed, looks great, and cleanup was perfect. The schedulers in the office are responsive, accommodating and follow-up as requested. We could not be happier!

The process was a bit,difficult, mostly due to,our insurance. The roof of the house and the garage were completed in one day. There was some difficulty regarding the gutters.

Our second-floor ceiling leaked at the beginning of Covid. I found Catalfano Brothers via a websearch. The salesman who visited took Covid-appropriate procautions. He was very professional and confident that the firm could fix the problem. His proposal was thorough and seemed reasonable, so that's why I mailed him the deposit to secure a spot on their schedule (which took about 12 weeks for our turn).

Everyone is very responsive to questions and concerns. Their work is well done and completed in a timely fashion.

The work / workmanship / quality was great! The communication from the office to us over the 4-5 months was lacking. We did not know when to expect work to start, when materials would be coming in, etc. It was us calling the office rather than the office providing us updates, and sometimes the office would call us and say we'll be out tomorrow.

Honest, timely, efficient and priced right. Doesn't get much better than that.

They were in and out. They came and did the job fast, clean, and flawlessly.

The men who replaced my new roof was very professional, they were neat and courteous. I think over all they did a wonderful job. I did have a problem with damage done when it rained due to a bad storm and my chimney was not sealed properly. I was told they are roofers, not a chimney company. I need to get a chimney company to repair it and then they would come back and fix the shingles around it. This did cause a lot of water damage inside my house and my pantry got a lot of damage. I had to throw away a lot of food, clothes and other items which got moldy and wet. Mark, the owner did make good on all of this damage caused by replacing my ceiling and flooring in the pantry and paid for the items and time lost. Mark was very reasonable in helping to correct this damage done.

I am satisfied with the job, I would recommend them, but would advise the property owner to be present during the job and to be in close contact with the sales person & office manager if they notice anything is not happening according to the contract signed.

I feel like the company is deceiving and they were not very pleasing to my satisfaction.

The only problem arose was the weather. There was a lot of rain and wind that week for days. It delayed everything for 4 days. But the crew came in, did what the had to do in 2 days and it was great.

Good price, good value, best materials, excellent workmanship, flexible approach. I'm very happy with the finished project, especially considering the wacky business close-down that was happening during the project timeframe.

I had only one issue with Catalfano Brothers during the project but they came back and fixed it promptly!

We required total removal of old roof and new shingle on a peaked roof with porch, and rollout of a solid shingle on an almost flat roof. The roofers put a tar roof (along with the mess) on the flat roof and Catalfano Brothers did come back and put the correct roof over the tar. I still have rusting nails laying on the shingled porch roof, which will likely migrate into my gutters and down-spouts, as I have no way of removing them myself. I asked that a check to assure that all was cleaned up before they left, but that didn't happen.

After signing my contract, I was keep informed continuously by their office of special order items for my project and the start date of my project. The day of the project, the men working on my project was extremely professional/skilled at their profession. Charlie Catalfano also came by the day of the project to review the work being performed, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend Catalfano Brothers.
