So polite!

I never met the contractor who was organizing the project until the subcontracted Gutter people recommended he come out to the sight to reinspect the work needed. Overall i thought bryan was distant and not the most helpful. After he realized that the New gutters could not be installed because of rotten facia board, he mentioned "we are trying to slap lipstick on a pig" which i agreed with but really didnt help the situation. I was prepared to give CB construction more work as my walls clearly have water damage and i was hoping to discuss with them but we never had a sit down or proper walk through. Some of these faults i take accountability for as a first time renovator but still was a little perplexed by the distance of CB

Chandler got my custom as a result of their being contractors capable of doing the whole job which was more than just the roofing that everyone else quoted me. They were not the cheapest but they got the whole project, roofing, gutters and HVAC work done.
