They did the work in a timely manner, and it looks very good.

They did an amazing job on our bathroom. I only wish there had been more open and proactive communication. We regularly found ourselves feeling like we were chasing them down for updates. But our bathroom looks amazing, and they handled our insurance company very well.

Cedar crest homes was awesome. Joe, Andrey and the crew worked fast an still did a great job. Speed and quality are a great combination especially when it's fixing a bathroom. They communication was also great, I knew what was happening when it was happening.

I can send pictures of where they put the floor down and where I had damage to the place. They put a gate back in backwards, that I have to redo. I have some places where they put the floor in, and it's not against the wall. I have holes in my wall where they must have stuck something in it. I have a scratch on a door that wasn't there before. I have damage. I would highly recommend people to take pictures of their place before they let them. I can't show you what it was before, but I know the door wasn't scratched, and the floor was up against the wall. I know the wall didn't have holes in, but I can't prove it.

We had a refund and they sent the check to the wrong address even after confirming the address.

Every employee that we met through Cedar Crest was thoughtful, professional, knowledgeable and highly competent. The process ran smoothly with timelines met in a reasonable manner. I’ve already shared our positive experiences them to several people.

The experience working with Cedar Crest Homes was great. The only issue we had, which was a tiny one, was that they forgot to install a 6 inch piece of trim. Everything else was fabulous.

Jason was the contractor for my neighbor to repair his house and retaining wall. He asked my neighbor to ask me for permission to use my driveway to do the cement work. I agreed because my neighbor is the nicest guy in the world and the agreement was put everything back the way it was before he destroyed my yard and used the driveway for 3 months due to the inability to order cement on time. He then didn’t put the yard back the way it was and it was very easy to see because the original base of the rock wall was set in asphalt. I had to have my landscaper fix the wall because I had lost almost 2 feet of driveway costing me money after saving Jason and Cedarcrest Homes thousands of dollars by using my driveway. I would not have this Co and especially this contractor build a woodshed or anything else....
