The price of the project is very high for the materials and labor cost of the project. The measuring team got the wrong measurement for the frame and the install team needed to cut into the house to make it fit. The door took 16 weeks from the day of measurements to get the door in. The door suffered a deep scratch days after installation. I have also received 4 phone calls before the door was installed about setting up another project with mad city.

That all being said, the reason I rated it so highly is because the teams have been very pleasant to work with, talk to, and reach out to if there’s been any issues.

Brandon was awesome and did a great job, but we are not happy with the door and that the laser guy didn't measure correctly and didn't tell the installer that he changed the measurement. The door leaks.

This is one of the best investments I have ever made. The quality makes an incredible difference and is worth the investment!

We had a very positive experience all through the process from selecting our walk in shower to the installation. All of the Mad City staff were personable and easy to work with. The final result was even even better than we anticipated.

very nice installers, did three big windows in one day, price was very high, they sold me a window with out a screen, apparently , i should of know that windows come without screen, for the price we pay we should of received a screen, very disappointed.

I'm very pleased with this product. Great experience with everyone involved. The crew I had were very particular with making sure all things fit and and sealed properly. Cudos to the crew! Sure price is more than what expected but all was worth it!!! I love my new windows and door!!!

Overall, a good company using top quality materials and work crew. Salesman was a little too pushy and washed over our concerns, which later on proved to be founded, as we were left with a shower that required us to come up with solutions in order to be functional.

I give the installers high marks on their workmanship

Just didn't get all of what we were expecting.

I would recommend to someone if they just don't have to time to do it themselves and if they are financially comfortable to get it done.

My experience was not good with this company, dealing with management was a night mare.

Greg the installer was amazing. Very professional and polite. He made sure everything met my expectations. Cleaned up the work area and left it clean as he found it before he left.

Sales representative was very helpful and not pushy. Also installation crew did a fantastic job. Right now I couldn't be happier

The sales person, guy who measured specifically and installation team had great attitudes, answered any questions, acted friendly and professional.

I’ve already mentioned Mad City to a few coworkers who’ve talked of getting work done similar to mine. I think Mad City is the best option out there.

They were on time,courteous, and professional. They doomed the old shower /tub liner and removed the old metal tub. Installed new walk in shower with new plumbing and accessories all in a day.
