I'm very satisfied with the workmanship and the quality of the product We had one problem with one window that we replaced. It was not the correct size, but they put it in anyhow. It was a little larger than what we ordered, but it worked out.

Shingles not nailed down, ice guard not installed, attic vents not hooked up, filed a falsified Owens Corning warranty claim for pitted shingles, permit not pulled, the list goes on and on.

While the quality of the windows themselves seems to be great, the communication from Centerion was a little lacking and the finishing touches on the bay window seem a little questionable.

Centurion Exteriors was easy to work with, finished the job quickly, cleaned everything, did it extremely fast and professionally, kept me in the loop, and left it better than it was when they got here.

I would recommend Castle windows. I had them before at my other house, and they were very energy efficient.

They arrived in the time window and started right away, had the roof tore off and replaced under six hours ( unlike our neighbors which took three days and they came back twice to replace shingles, glad we didn't use that company),kept the work site clean, we had rain and heavy wind no leaks or missing shingles, so if we move and that house needs a new roof we would definitely use Centurion Exteriors again.

We thought it would take 2 days to get our roof, soffits, and fascia done. Not only that, we thought it would only be a couple of workers. They brought about 15 people with a supervisor, and got the job done in a few hours. The work looks perfect. I cannot imagine a better looking job.

I would hire Centurion Exteriors for any kind of work. They are a high-profile company and will work with anyone. They helped me. I'm on a fixed income, and it would take me longer to pay for the windows (I had to wait for my other house, which I inherited, to sell; and we are still doing repairs on it). They wanted to make sure I didn't lose my windows. The windows are gorgeous! Centurion took the extra time to let me pay for my windows.

So far, the company has done good work, as we expected. We had a small issue with our sales rep. It has already been resolved, and he is no longer employed with the company. Our experience was unique, but they have done a good job correcting any issues.

Our new windows are beautiful! We love them! The work was done in a timely manner. Work crew was friendly and very helpful to answer our questions and make sure we were satisfied with the work. They cleaned up their mess and even washed all the windows and removed the stickers. We couldn't be more satisfied!!

Yes. The crew arrived on time and worked until completion the same day. There was an issue with damage to two of my plants which was quickly remedied by the project manager who replaced them with two that I selected from a local nursery before the project was completed. The clean-up was phenomenal. In addition to cleaning our gutters and clean-up of debris from around the house, our entire back yard (which includes terraced sidewalks leading to the back gate) were cleaned allowing us to enjoy the patio and outdoor fireplace without lifting a finger. My husband and I were very pleased overall and would recommend Centurion.

I stated upfront on the phone making my appointment. Make sure NO HARD SALES, PUSHY, ARM TWISTING sales person comes. Salelswoma. Strong points made about the windows quality was enough. But the financial decision should remain with the homeowner. I do not make monetary decisions without pushing the PAUSE button. I take my time to evaluate if this project fits within my budget or wait for the prior projects to be completed. My request for the neccessary time I needed before committing was dismissed by the sales woman.WOW her demeanor changed from sweet to pushy and demanding. She overkilled for another hour and she called for back up from one of the owners. I had the window installed. I will never do business with Centurion Co again based on my first sales encounter.

The roofing job included a complete tear off and adding sheeting for most of the roof. The crew arrived with plenty of people to do the job in a little over 1/2 a day. The crew knew what they were doing, had quality materials to work with, were organized, worked hard. They addressed problem areas of the roof, but didn't replace sheeting that didn't need replaced. The new roof looks great.
