When the time for the job came, their project manager was very communicative, often contacting me every 2-3 hours to update me and ensure I didn't have any questions, and their crew did an excellent job! Even their cleanup afterwards was impressive, as I hardly noticed anything left behind except one or two little pieces of old roofing. My second roof with Cenvar on two different houses

Their customer service was horrible, their workmanship was not good, and it was a terrible experience. It took me months to get things corrected before my roof was installed correctly. I used to install the roofing, so they weren't going to pull the wool over my eyes. They were not very nice. Their workmanship was shotty, in my opinion. They did 25 sq ft in a day but started the work early morning and would finish after dark. Their cleanliness was marginal. We still found stuff in our yard, but that was to be expected, a little. They damaged some metal in our home. There were gaps in the drip edge to the point that the manager came back and said, “How am I supposed to do this?”. I informed the workers doing the installation that they are not supposed to do a roof like that. It was metal showing up against our two-story house on the secondary story, and they told me that was how it was supposed to be instead of putting the beauty strip on, which was incorrect. I also found a ripped shingle, and it was not a good experience at all. I would not use them ever again.

This company went far beyond our expectations. They gave us the best service. That price was the most reasonable compared to the other companies we inquire with. I would recommend them any day of the week. Good service is hard to find these days. They are really serious about their craftsmanship and service. They did two separate inspections of our roof after completion. Each inspection was done with a different individual. Who does that? Most of the time after a company is paid, you never see them again. Highly recommended.

There is a dent in my gutter that went along with our roofing. My husband wasn't pleased about it.
