Other roofers were cheaper but I went with Cenvar because of their reputation.

Thomas was excellent, as was the service by David and the installation crew. Was also impressed when Jose came a couple weeks later to inspect the work.

the end job was fine... the process could be improved especially when your onsite coordinator calls in sick on day of install.

From the time CENVAR's estimator arrived to give me a quote until the cleanup after installation was done it was a great experience. All were professional and did a great job. If you want a great roofing experience I recommend you use this firm.

Like most people I assume you're working with, this was my first roof installation. The whole process seemed pretty daunting but Cenvar did a great job breaking down the process, helping me understand the options, and provided a high quality final product.

I went with Cenvar because it had the lowest quote and the best warranty, however my overall experience with the workmanship was not great and in hindsight, I would recommend spending a little bit more money to go with a company that provides a higher quality service. Therefore, I would not recommend Cenvar to a friend.

They were very helpful and kept us informed through the process. They checked in multiple times during the day to see that all was going well. Even after it was done, they came back to check on things and shared pictures of the work done on the roof. Very professional.

On one hand, I appreciate their communication and professionalism. I have a lot of trust and confidence in the person who made the quote/scope of project, as he was very knowledgeable and helped identify some ways that the roof install could be done well to avoid some of the issues I've had with my roof in the past (e.g., installing a cricket by a chimney).
On the other hand, I've needed to contact CENVAR three times since the project to address concerns related to how they left my gutter downspouts (hanging off of my house), how they installed my roof fan, and now how rain is coming off of my roofline and hitting my house. Because of these concerns since the roof was installed-- though each is individually a small concern-- I've lost come confidence in the quality of the overall job and worry I may have larger issues down the road.

Cenvar did exactly as they said they would without any hidden charges (but would have brought up any additional issues if they found any) as I asked them to. All the guys worked hard! And project manager was present. The guys did a good cleanup! Simply great customer service all the way from bottom to top!
I recommend Cenvar to any one looking for good customer service and quality work!
