We had a fire in our garage on July 4th 2019. Our insurance company engaged Certified Restoration to help us. They did a decent job on the initial clean up, but their management and performance of our repairs was just terrible. Workers would often show up without any clear idea about what work they were to perform. Their worker tried to pound in screws after the drywall removal (instead of removing them with a screwdriver) and the hammering ended up popping nails all over our interior walls. Their subcontractor delivered the incorrect overhead garage door to us at least 4 times and installed one so poorly that it collapsed (instead of reversed back up) when it hit our minivans tailgate. Certified Restoration ordered and delivered the incorrect interior replacement door 3 times before getting us the right one. They also botched the floor paint job and refused to adequately fix their work - we had to engage a different contractor to complete the work. Problems went on and on for months and the job wasn't complete until April 2020 - 9 months after the fire. Do not use this company. Their main project manager, Stephen Arnold, was just bad at his job - never bothering to set clear expectations about when and how the work would be performed or take real responsibility for mistakes. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.
I was satisfied with the work and they did a professional job. I have no complaints whatsoever.
It was the worst service I have ever received. I'm still not sure what they got paid to do because what they actually did would had only cost me 500.00 total if I would had someone else do it.

The people were really nice! The office is really nice! I am unclear what they insurance company allowed them to do. They were not properly prepared for the work. They did not have the proper equipment.
They were very good. I even told Allstate, my insurance company, how satisfied I was with their service.
I called them 3 times after the work was done to let them know about my dissatisfaction but apparently they got paid already so they don’t care. No one ever called me back. Stuck with moldy carpet that they got paid to clean.
They were professional and did an amazing job restoring our home after a septic flood. Thank you !!!!

ALL staff was very friendly! Very professional every time I called! I never waited more then 3 min for a call back even when it was after hours! They called when they were on their way and always kept their appointment time. I never dealt with a company who was as professional as this one! Highly recommend them!
Excellent work, high quality, great people. My only concern was with scheduling.
We have not arrived at the restoration, but the remediation teams were excellent, punctual and responsive during a very trying time. I look forward to the next stages and regaining my basement!

Certified was not as prepared for mitigation procedures/processes as have been experienced by other restore mitigation companies in past circumstances. The company lacked the proper equipment (eg, fans, plastic covering, shop vacs, etc.) to conduct the mitigation work in a timely manner.
Awful experience with this company. No show for scheduled appointments and very messy!
It's poor customer service, poor responsiveness, and they don't do what they said they would. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy.

Area Of Satisfaction - The Hydro Clean staff were very professional and explained what they were doing every step along the way.
The workers had to move the refrigerator in order to get to the area of the hardwood floor that was damaged by the leaking refrigerator water line. The workers, with a total disregard for the hardwood flooring, literally pushed the refrigerator across the hardwood floors unaffected by the leaking water line causing severe embedded scratches and scoring in and damage to perfectly good hardwood flooring. The damage caused by the workers to the hardwood flooring caused additional unnecessary cost to repair the scratches and scoring in the floor.
Everyone was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining the entire process to me. Very accommodating to my schedule.

They were very responsive to our needs. Their Manager was very accommodating and reassuring. Their clean up crew was quick and careful, except for the ceiling dry wall removal, which was done in a hurried manner. They were quick and thorough, but need to be more attentive to the devastation that dry wall dust can leave in a house. They have been responsive to our requests for 16 weeks.
Area Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with how they were able to preserve our upstairs flooring. They also exceeded our requests to quadruple check our cabinets so that they would not have to be removed.
These guys we helpful and went over a beyond to take care of us.

Area Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the explanation that was given about mold control and the process they used to abate any future problems as a result of the flooding.
Area Of Satisfaction - Overall it was a pretty painless experience.
They came out in a very timely manner. The equipment used for the water damage was very loud. The quality of the work was very poor. The kitchen floor was cracked while assessing the damage. The refused to accept responsibility for cracking my floor. That was unprofessional. I have to replace my kitchen floor, because the tile that I have has been discontinued. They took my area rung to dry clean. To date there is no status of it.
