They were completely unprofessional. They argued with us over things that were in the contract that we wanted to have done. At one point in time, when we questioned something, they told us that we're just going to have to deal with it. The people that showed up did not say hello, and did not speak English. Only one guy did, but it's broken. We were warned that they will give trouble to people that questions them. It was a nightmare. On top of that, they did not follow Owens Corning product guidelines. We got questioned and fought back by them every time, and we were ignored with our concerns.

I wasn't real happy dealing with the owner of the company. There were issues, and the owner of the company was very arrogant and not very good to deal with.
