Windows are good.

The quality of the windows is excellent. We shopped other window companies and there was no comparison to the value.

There were three separate times that my scheduled meeting times or appointment times were no call, no shows. Only until I reached out to them, did they acknowledge that they weren't going to make the appointment or were're going to be extremely late.

Taking to long for the last window to come in. The one they installed was scratched. They reordered and we been waiting again since July.Now we are almost to the end of October.

The windows, the install, and the people we interact with were great. However, the timeline vs what we were promised was horrendous as we detail below.

The crew that came in, were very professional and friendly. Very easy going and answered questions.

We are completely satisfied with our new windows. The team that put them in were very friendly and very efficient. Screens did not come with the windows but after discovering them in the warehouse they came out immediately and put them in.

Champion Windows was recommended to me by a friend who had all windows installed in her home many years ago. Her windows are still beautiful and very efficient. When it came time for me to replace a broken window in a set of four clerestory windows, we took her recommendation and scheduled an appointment to discuss replacing four windows. I didn't even look for a second opinion based on knowing how her windows were replaced expertly and are still beautiful and in great working condition.

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The windows are exactly what we expected.

It is expensive and I don't know if friends would be able to afford.

Installation was great but customer service to get to this point was bad. No one could tell us what was going on and windows late by 4 weeks.

I am very happy with my windows

Love the windows, however the service is lacking. Had a window delivered cracked, was aired twice by the install team that a replacement was ordered. That turned out to be false!

The company is too slow in completing the work. It has been nine months and the work is not complete yet. It took over six months from time windows and doors were ordered to start installation. One door and one storm door were measured incorrectly by the company. The company came out twice to check all measurements. It has been over nine months and the door and storm door have not been received or installed.

Measurements taken in September, called us to redo the Measurements in October. Got the windows and doors in April. Every window and door didn't fit. So everything had to be reordered. The " expedited " windows and doors got installed properly in July. No one should have to wait 10 months for new windows. This was the worst home improvement project I have ever dealt with.

Everything went well. The project wait time on the windows being made was the longest part of the project, otherwise it was done fast and it was done well.

Salesman was courteous and informed.

My experience with Champion Windows, Inc. was disappointing and very fragmented.

Very over priced for the quality of service received

Yes, they provide quality materials and professional installation.

Based on this last project and lack of Installation department support I hesitate.

Waiting 7 months for windows

The quality construction of the windows and door are very impressive and the installation crew was awesome. They got right to it working efficiently and clean. The new windows also let less noise in from outside.

I am totally satisfied with the product and the work. I wouldn't recommend Champion so much anymore because I referred my friend Alki Selinger. She still doesn't have her windows and doors and ordered at the same time like me. Not good. I also referred my neigbour Pam.
she seems to be happy. My sales person promised a perk for referrals, it didn't happen. I think walking the talk is very important for evvective and good business.

Champion needs to get way better at promising and delivering windows and doors on time of promise

We are extremely pleased with our windows & doors. We are really enjoying them. Very pleased with with Mason the sale person. Glad we were able to order our doors with him also. The window & door installers were great also. Marco & Ismael. We were fortunate to have them install both our windows & doors. Thank you very much for their professional work. We would definitely recommend Champion Windows to others.

Installer walked away before install was finished and never came back .That was a month after job was to be finished per contract.

Champion stands by its products and warranties. Their people are professional and always willing to please. I highly recommend Champion Windows.

Everything about this project was spot on. Scheduling the sales visit online, salesman was great, windows came sooner than expected, install was great, they look fantastic.

some friends got similar new windows from another company, and our installation is much higher quality - the caulking, flashing, patching, etc. are really nice and we hardly had to do anything except repaint the sills that had paint crack/chip off.. We had some trouble with payments being connected to the correct order; we got new windows on two attached houses and this created some confusion as two separate orders. It took a while to address the issue at a few different levels and offices, but the resolution was very clear and not rushed, which reinforced our confidence that we made the right choice with Champion

we ordered a bathroom window which was supposed to be obscure, so Tonya the salesperson put the order in but did not specify the window to be obscure. Now this is not our fault, but Champion will not rectify this problem saying is was not ordered. Not a stand up company for not taking care of the window. So Customer Service is nowhere to be found. Will Not recommend Champion to anyone!!!

I ordered, 3 of them had to be re-:ordered. They arrived quickly they were installed very well. I was very satisfied.

Poor communication. Shoddy product. Sloppy installation. No customer service.

Nothing but a bad experience from start to finish. Salesperson misquoted project. Delayed install with a one man crew. Had to have stucco redone twice because of damage by the installer. Installed wrong window in living room. Over 6 months to fix. Over a year from start to finish.

From the project start, during, the end and after, the salesperson, Aaron Apodaca, Mike Herrera, the supervisor, Bill? (sorry, forgot his name) the installer and Ashley for screens were professional, amiable and answered questions completely. We appreciated knowing upfront what things we as homeowners were to take care of before installation (e.g. remove screens, repair concrete). Glad to see a contract stating what they were going to do and phone calls on status of materials delivery. We are satisfied with the patio doors and transom windows. Aaron was great in explaining details and Mike was outstanding in ensuring the measurements, tracking the materials and informing us of the statuses. It was impressive to watch the installation being done by one man. He cleaned up the area before leaving and also was professional in answering questions. We are proud to show off our patio and say who did it. I would recommend Champion Windows.

We have had nothing but bad experiences, completely, minus one person from champion windows has been helpful. We have been going since October trying to get these windows done and they are still not finished.

The communication is not the best.

There were problems with communication. There was no follow through on what was promised.

They worked with my schedule. Higher quality and professionalism and the warranty for what i got. .When i had questions on certain stuff for the sunroom they gave me straight up awnsers, and let me change the original design to a different one after i saw how the doggie door was installed.. I 💯% love it.. and a huge plus, they are pet friendly, they were fantastic with my dogs from the beginning to the end!!!

It is everything we expected, and we had high expectations.

The workmanship is great and the installers were very professional.
