The windows look great! Installation was very quick and professional. Customer service was clear, friendly, and helpful.

The installation was good. Left my alarm wiring hanging and not fed through the window. Did not feed wire through window.

I have already recommended Champion to two friends. The process was seamless from start to finish. I was kept up to date about manufacturing and the install crew was great, kind, prompt and very hard working. My windows are even more beautiful than I had imagined.

They were great installing the first 6 windows. The seven window was cracked, They installed it anyway, and said the order for it's replacement was submitted. This was on 05/31/2024. We still are waiting for replacement window.

Just disappointed. I was using this as a trial run to see if this is the company who could replace all my windows. Based on the mix up, subpar communication, and the audacity to survey me prior to completing the project, I am left to conclude your standard operating procedures can’t back up your sales team.

Rating due to miscommunication and significant delays. Over the course of 3 months Different information was communicated to us by 4 different people about the same order. Caulking of the enclosed patio was minimal, we hired someone to properly caulk the patio. Limited window screens provided, only one small screen provided for 2 sided large window vs 2 screens for 2 sided large window.

I would recommend champion to others.

The actual windows are worth 5 stars, but the logistics surrounding the wait time and installation issues made me drop it to a 4 (almost a 3).

Very happy from beginning to end

This is my third installation of Champion Windows at 2 different houses. This is the first time I had to have something fixed. We use them again!

I work in the construction industry and highly recommend this window system.

Only took one star off because he talked a lot and was here a very very long time, but he was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a good job.

have had a few issues. first the whole unit had to be reworked after install. door was damaged and in need of replacement, Though the wrong damn door to begine with. Still waiting for that. think they are ordering a cheap replacement. not happy at all.

The wrong windows were sent for installation.

I'm not a sure the workers that came to our home apparently don't speak English well pr understand it.They made a mistake bit the corporate office straighten it out

Back of my house faces south and was miserable before, really blocks the heat. Took me a while to get used to the extra thickness of the window. Definitely energy efficient

The windows came in sooner than expected which was a nice surprise and fit well with my schedule. The installers were expediate and thorough with their cleanup.

The windows are beautiful and keeps the heat out just as Eugene explained.

From sales to installation everything was great. Excellent customer service, all steps were clearly communicated, and windows were delivered sooner than expected which was great!

Your follow service is horrible!

The installation was the worst experience. I was told they would be there during the morning 'window' but closer to the later part which was 11. When the I stall team didn't show up by 12:30, I called to find out why. I left a message with the woman who answered the phone to call back and provide information about arrival time. Got a call about 30 minutes later from one of the guys who said they would be there by 2. He said he was putting it I to his GPS right then and the app had them arriving at 2. By 2:30, they still hadn't arrived. I received a call from a man who said he was the supervisor and he inquired how the job was going. I informed him they hadn't arrived yet. He said he would follow up and find out what the delay was. His call back never came. The team of installers finally arrived at 4 pm. It took them 4 hours. They left debris (broken glass and pieces of material) around the house. The inspector was another sales guy who was a complete waste of space and had no apology nor explanation of the incredible delay in service to my home. I am so disappointed by the people who work for champion.

Excellent and prompt service, quality products and installation!

One of two storm doors not installed on properly on 2/15/2024. I called the next day and was told someone would call me week of 2/19 to make appt to come out to fix. Also, the appt window was 1 to 3 and I was told someone would call me 30 minutes out. At 3 o'clock I called the 800 # to find out when they were to show and had to wait in a call back. They finally showed up around 3:30 that day. Not happy about that plus they were working in the dark while installing the 2nd door.

The screen in porch was done in a timely manner.it is a beautiful addition to the house.
