Best Home Improvement Experience I’ve ever had. Skyler was an excellent salesman and did a great job selling the best siding for my needs. Joe was phenomenal. He and his team got her on time every day, worked quietly and cleaned up after themselves, polite and kind. Did everything I asked and made sure to pay attention to every detail. Perfection!

ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I would give this experience a minus rating if possible.

It took 6 months to complete the sales order (4 contract addendums). Initial contract signed 9/8/24 and it is now 4/1/25 and installation is partially complete.

At initial installation, we found that two windows were misrepresented to us at contract signing, and one delivered window was incorrect size. I understand the salesman is no longer with Champion. There were two visits to measure the windows and doors.

We refused installation of the two windows that were misrepresented after crew started removing existing windows. Waiting for installation crew to repair that window trim.

Door trim was not ordered prior to initial March 2025 installation. Still waiting for replacement window, door trim and window trim repairs to complete installation.

I regret dealing with Champion of Birmingham. Quality problems remain with the installed windows to be addressed this week.

Three years ago, Champion replaced 9 windows. Quality and service was excellent. However, that is not the experience for this current transaction.

I was pleased with the storm door they put up, but was not expecting to pay $892 on the spot, when I had already made two payments of $3663 and not received anything for it.

Until I get a resolution to a poor installation, this will remain a 1 star review.

They have a good product and good at installation.

The absolute best product as well as customer service from initially making the appointment, having to change the appointment, my salesman and the installation crew.

The windows are beautiful, high quality and the installation was top notch. However, their sales tactics are very pushy. If I recommend to a friend, I'll include a cautionary note about the sales experience. Be ready to buy if you schedule an appointment.

I would recommend champion windows if I had someone who could afford them

Every step of the process for our new windows was handled by professionals willing to go over any and every detail. They were kind, well informed, and just generally pleasant to work with.

My experience has been great so far. I am still waiting for a stormdoor to be remade, because the first one that was brought was not the correct measurements. But I expect that will be like the rest of the experience. Pleasant and exciting.

The work was very good.

Although really pleased with my sliding door that was installed, I was very unhappy with the delivery time and the problem of not being be able to contact someone to find out what the issue was.

Champion is by far the best place to purchase new windows. They make a great window and I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process from purchasing to the installation.

Bought 9 windows and there were issues due to a new color, Sand Dune. Two trim colors were brought during installation, neither matched. Waited several weeks to resolve then had to be home, again, to meet installers. Paint in several windows was skinned and needed paint repairs. The installer swabbed caulk over skinned locations. Needing 4 more windows in the front of the house to match the initial 9 windows, repairing the paint and matching paint colors on all weep hole covers was identified as a requirement. That was no done. The request was not honored.

Nobody gets in hurry to replace broken windows

The day after installing our windows I received 5 emails and one phone call about our final payment, even after speaking to the person that called I told him the final payment was taken care of, he wanted to know if I would prefer to give him my payment option!!!!! I also wrote in another response that I would approach other companies if I needed services.

Professional and informative salesman. Quick quote and order process came in sooner than estimated. Scheduled to come out same week and installed in one day. Left no debris and took old windows away. No complaints. Worth every penny. I love my new windows!

They manufacture a superior product at a competitive price and their guarantees and warranty are excellent.

The sale person answered the questions we had about the window that we purchased. How efficient keeping out a lot of the heat out of the house.

Estimate was provided promptly and we received regular timely updates regarding the order status. Windows were installed in one day and the work was excellent.

The windows are wonderful. I like them very much. All the employees have been polite and helpful. But somewhere the communications broke down when going through Customer Support and requests were never responded to. Hopefully they have improved with this last time with an on-line written submission that they seem to be following up on. I have all my windows now. I am still waiting on the rest of the screens.

Takes too long to get a replacement window

Champion has replaced 21 windows for me in my current and previous home. They do quality installation work and their windows and warranty are hard to beat. I love how the windows look, operate, and perform in all seasons.

From salesman to installation crew, I would highly recommend Champion! Very pleased with the professionalism and commitment to my satisfaction. I initially called Champion due to their stellar reputation. Now I can clearly see that the reputation is very much deserved!

we ordered our windows in march 2023. they were finished installing them in February 2024. totally unacceptable.

Once the sale and install was completed I could not get anyone to return to clean up.

Installation crew was very bad.

I had a great experience with Champion windows! The men worked neatly and diligently. And they were very polite.

Prior to my latest project (8 windows & a front entry door) I would have responded with 5 stars. However, this project was so mishandled from an administration standpoint that I am not sure how I would advise a friend. It took a little over 11 months for my project to be completed. The sales and order team mismeasured the 2 of the six windows and the front door. I was told that the order to correct the company’s mistake would be expedited. Well,in my world, “expedited” does not mean almost 5 months! The door took an extended period to produce, far longer than the estimate provided by the salesman. Then when the installers opened the shipping container, the door was not the correct size!

Through all of this, the job supervisor and the installers were very good. They worked efficiently and produced a very professional outcome despite the production problems.

Consider Champion Windows for your next upgrade.

We started in January with a presentation and order. They were installed in August after several problems with ordering and measuring.

Given the cost vs. issues and final product, I will not recommend

Champion Windows is always prompt, always courteous, and we felt we always knew exactly what to expect when. No surprises! They did such a quality job...we love our new windows!

Yes. I understand manufacture backlog. But need to keep us updated about delays. Twice told (not by local office) by phone they would get back to me. They didnt. Once windows arrived, got called, set a date, windows installed. Bought a little can of paint, donated a brush or two, bathroom, water. My pleasure for no talking, 9 hours, no break, hard working crew.
