I am happy with the windows but was disappointed with the installation process.

I had to help and explain how window should go in, first installers had no clue. Mulled window not installed correctly first time.

screws on window locks not screwed down. Inside finish of garden window needed to be installed.Bottom sash window would not remain up, silicon chaulking on all outside windows applied too wide, making a wide application obvious noticeable. Allitem were corrected once I called.

The experience with Champion was great. Everyone was friendly and professional. The price was reasonable given the economic pressures with the latest inflation increase, and the demand for construction work post-covid.

The window installation was great. The crew was great and quick. My only issue was I had to wait an additional 6 weeks because the measurements were wrong. But other that the windows are nice!
