Communication is very poor, I keep asking through text and phone calls for an update on when the project will be completed with no response for over 2 weeks.

From salesperson to completed installation, an abundance of demonstrated professionalism.

The whole experience went well and everyone was pleasant. The only drawback was the confusion surrounding funding payments.

I asked for a very brief sales call d/t having had a previous sales call but then delayed by a military deployment; we also had other commitments that day. The sales call was almost 90 minutes and we asked for 15 minutes. Also, we wanted all interior window sills replaced. Only one water-damaged sill was replaced.

An excellent experience from beginning to end.

This is our third time having Champion windows installed, the installation team was respectful, and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. The windows are already making a difference to the conditions of our living room, much less humidity than our leaky aluminum jalousie windows.

We are extremely pleased and satisfied with our whole Champion Windows experience. Everyone was a pleasure to work with from salesman Victor to office people and the installers.

Champion did an excellent job of helping us decide on what we need and what would fit into our space. They patiently guided us through the entire process. They were able to start earlier than expected and finish on-time and on-budget (at least as far as I know, as we were not asked for any additional money). They addressed every little everything that we brought up, like the door wasn't completely sealed and one of the panels had some dark smudges, everything! They left us a few supplies so we could do additional touch ups as we found anything else, too. I'm actually writing this review from the sun room right now, and I love it!

I was told this room would be waterproof. It is not. Nothing was mentioned about my landscaping when the salesperson was here. Now that the sunroom is not waterproof I am being told it is because of landscape and downspouts not functioning as they should. I have had to ask for a repair within a month of the project being completed. Someone came out drilled holes and now it leaks more than it did before he arrived. 18,200.00. This was a big mistake.

I have been so disappointed by this company and trying to get anyone in Customer Service who actually cares to fix my issues is impossible. I've been punted around by the "District Managers" of certain departments who claim its the other department's issue. When asked to have my issues escalated, I was told I was speaking with the highest chain of command that I would get in contact with (who has now completely ghosted me). I have sent multiple follow-up messages and even called the main line again in hopes it would trigger a return call/email. I financed the project and have now taken it up with the financing company. The installation of the windows have issue. When communicated to the "District Install Manager" I was told I shouldn't have bought the "cheapest" option... Excuse me? I bought a 3 window slider instead of 3 separate casements so that I had the most visibility (which I believe was actually more expensive than the 3 separate casements). Steer clear of this company (at least the SC branch).

Quality of door appears to be good, However, it took three doors to get ordered correct. Installers were very Good, courteous and always arrived on time. Major problem I had, was trying to get information on when door with a ride.

Paul and all of the men who did the installation of our windows were courteous. They all worked hard all day. Paul would answer any questions we had and these men definitely knew what they were doing. They were a great crew.
