We are more impressed with the excellent customer service & quality of work the installers did when they installed the windows in our home. The lead installer, Edwin, on top of the two other installers & made certain the job was being done as he wanted. He was amazing! The sales rep., John Bateman, well, he did very well also. He sold the product! 😀

Gave a lead that was not followed up pn

From the start to finish of the whole process and from the salesman to the installation team, everything was just very professional and very top shelf. It made the whole transition of doing these replacements very easy.

From the salesperson to the crew who installed our windows, they were knowledgeable and professional. This was a huge financial decision for us. We are thankful that we chose Champion Windows.

Whole process was very professional never under any pressure to buy. Installers did a excellent job and answered every question.

Took almost 2 years to complete project with almost zero after the sale communication, multiple ordering/measuring mistakes, and quality problems.

There were numerous spots that might have been rectified with some of the trim fittings. There were numerous issues with the trim that may have been fixed. Nobody ever took a walk with me.

I am disappointed because the crew had to come back several times because they brought the wrong products. They did not have the right knobs.

Our 12 - 16 week project took over a year and a half to complete. It was not a good experience at all.

Took nearly two years to get done after deposit

Everyone that I was involved with were great! Scheduling was easy, the sales presentation was informative and thorough. The windows were ready about 6 weeks earlier than I thought. The install crew was courteous, thorough and clean. Everyone did an outstanding job! Will be using them again soon.

They did a good job

Salesman came out did his quote and told my wife and I it would take 2-3 months. Then after not 1 but 2 guys came to measure they said it would be 6 months. So I called several times in the 6 months and customer service told me someone would call me shortly. Finally got someone to call me back and schedule a install. The day of the people show up and the bay window was made wrong. Two people came out to measure and was still wrong. So I waited a couple days for someone to call but no one ever did. So finally got to talk to someone 3 weeks later and said it just arrived I'll call and schedule the installation. They came and installed it but the trim looked like it broke and the globbed caulk and silcone to hide it(which looked like garbage) and the whole top was gapped open. So I sent the pictures to the customer completion team and they stated someone would contact me. No one did they just showed up too my house no call or anything. Terrible service!!

Quality of the windows and of the install process was excellent, very satisfied with that. Also ordered a front door at the same time, it's going on five months since I ordered it, still don't know when it will be installed. Good option for people not in any particular hurry.

The windows looked wonderful.

This is my 3rd time and was disappointed with the condition of the painted Black frames. 2 out of 5 had scratches.

They installed the windows. They were nice and polite. They did the job and cleaned up even though it was raining. They were considerate. I have no complaints.

The product is great, but the people that sell it are awful.

I will recommend Champion to my friends and neighbors.

It's a matter of expenses, but it's better quality.
