Recommend that the paperwork move to soft copy. The hardcopy paperwork we received was hard to read due to the salesman's writing as well as him needing to write harder, so our copy was clearer. The online payment method was no user friendly as it doesn't give an amount; it should not only show the payment due but prior payments as well as the balance of future payments.

The whole experience was pleasant. Everyone did a great job and worked hard.

Be months and still have not replaced a window and screens that they broke installing

I love my new window. It exceeds my expectations. I couldn't be more pleased.

I had trouble with customer services and they didn’t haul and dispose my windows appropriately. they just put it in my dumpster.

Started out well but we ran into some discrepancies once the actual job started. The installation crew was top notch, most of the issues were with the sales side not accurately representing what we were getting. Their is a major difference in custom made to fit your project and making your project fit what they want to sell you. They to modify 2 doors out of the three to get them installed and working correctly. We reached a satisfactory resolution to get the job finished but it was not as smooth and easy as it should have been.

We are more impressed with the excellent customer service & quality of work the installers did when they installed the windows in our home. The lead installer, Edwin, on top of the two other installers & made certain the job was being done as he wanted. He was amazing! The sales rep., John Bateman, well, he did very well also. He sold the product! 😀
