Champion Window's products are very good. The installers are excellent people. I really like the product, however, the salesperson never showed me the figures. I paid $4,000 for one window, and she told me that was the 50% off price.

They did good work. It is quality workmanship. The scheduling process was a little difficult from a project management standpoint. Their reason was that they were behind. I made the order in March, and it finally got delivered in September. That is quite a long time, and I lost the whole summer. The workmanship was really good.

I wouldn't let them in my pig barn. That's how I feel.

We have used Champion before and been highly satisfied with the quality so we chose to use them again.

Overall we were happy with the windows that were installed. The install date was not scheduled in the window we were told. We had to schedule a special time the day before our vacation to get them done. This date was 2 weeks after the date we were told they would be installed by. We were able to negotiate the price lower, which helped with the finances. Good company and the lifetime warranty was really what sold us on the company.

This project is being done in 3 phases, The first phase was done by another window company. I wish that I had gone with CW. Their product was much better than the first company I went to. It just goes to show you get what you pay for. I am very, very happy with CW.

The crew that came to install our windows and storm door did an incredible job! They were all professional, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. A return request for a minor issue was handled quickly. A special mention for Chuck (always happy to answer any questions) and Peter - both very friendly and personable - they made the whole job smooth. We love our new windows - so much quieter and warmer inside now! Beautiful! A definite recommendation!

I would recommend them with qualifications.I would also inform anyone interested that the vinyl window replacements do take up a fairly large amount of glass space compared to other window replacements. That is an inherent quality of the vinyl windows and not a short-coming of Champion.

I should have canceled the order after the first goof up and known something would happen again.

Chuck and Adam were very, very good. Chuck was the man who was in charge of the installation and Adam was the installer. They are very responsive to the customer's needs. They are very efficient, they listen to what you want, and they understand their product. They do a very good, thorough job. I have had Champion Windows since 2006 and they have finished my whole house now. They did 10 windows in all and they did an outstanding job. Both Chuck and Adam should be commended for how good they did.

Everything was beautiful but they cut wires for the siding that should not have been cut.

They were great and terrific. They said that there was one window that was damage inside the package and they took a photo of it on the skew and set it to be replaced. It should be here next week. Everything was perfect.

Third purchase (windows & patio door). This last order of windows had visible marks in white vinyl on inside of window.In two mitered places there was piece of metal sticking out. Screen on one window has excess material and material on sides of window (weather protection) has overhang. Kind of disappointed considering the cost we paid and confusion regarding this order.

My new windows are amazing and the people who installed them were just the best. I'm just writing a bit so I can leave a five star review, because I'm so happy with this company.

I was exceptionally pleased with the installation crew. They were really nice guys, they had a good sense of humor, and they got the job done. They got to work and didn't mess around. They cleaned up afterward and were very conscientious about making sure they didn't make a mess.

Not super thrilled with this company. Was told it would be 5 weeks until materials came in and it wound up being 9 weeks from order date until installation. When the installation happened the crew spilled paint on my patio and never cleaned it up completely. They also left smear marks on the siding they installed. The crew manager came out to collect money and said he would have them come out and fix it but have not seen that happen.

Good product, very poor customer service.

Buyer beware. The quality of the actual windows is OK, but the service is extremely poor. Our experience with the installers and the office staff, once our sales person left us and was onto the next sale, was completely unacceptable. Steve Marangos was a good salesman, but was annoyed after the purchase when we would contact him about updates on timing and service. We had to contact them about scheduling the install. The day we had our install scheduled, the installers showed up to do our neighbors windows and told us they couldn't do ours that day because they didn't have parking, then said they couldn't do it because we were on the 3rd floor. Ultimately, these were all excuses because they actually never went to the warehouse to even pick up our windows. Which should have been a signal to Champion when we called asking where our installers were after they were more than an hour late. We were told "they're likely stuck in traffic" and we'd get a call back once she spoke with the installers. We never received a call back.Once we found out we weren't getting our windows installed on the agreed upon date, we called and spoke to Terry Tegtmeier. He was incredibly rude and just repeated over and over, we can come install in a week. When we finally got ahold of Warren Olson, the Division Manager, he just said “looks like our right hand wasn’t talking to our left” and helped move up our installation date to be in 2 business dates. When asked how they’d compensate us for taking the day off work and the incredible inconvenience, he mentioned they’d would never compensate us, "we don't do that, you already got a good deal.” He then promised us we'd have a Champion representative present during the installation (which is actually independent contractors and not employed by Champion). This never happened. On our second installation date, the installers showed up late, again. They barely covered up our floors and the areas they were working in. They brought the wrong interior trim and had to be confronted to do all the interior trim to match after it was getting late and they wanted to leave. I had to call Warren, on his cell phone as he avoided my call on his office line, he then had to call the installers, they finally finished the project. Warren never called back to see if it was done correctly. They had to break several windows to get them out and we found glass on our couch that was across the room. We also had muddy footprints throughout our house and found window parts in our garbage disposal. There was debris and dirt piles on our kitchen counters, hallways and in our condo’s shared hallway. Throughout the installation process, no one from Champion called to see if it as going well. After installation, we were so upset by the service, we wrote Warren an email (since it was after work hours) including photos of the mess the installers left behind and he never responded. Rather, he forwarded the email to Debbie who called us the next day. She was the only one to ever apologize for the poor service we experienced. The best thing they could offer us for this mess was a less than 1.5% refund on the project (what a joke!), which has yet to be received.

Champion Windows delivered an excellent product and was extrememly helpful in designing windows in a town with complicated rules!

We would never recommend Champion Windows. The installation issues and experience was horrible from beginning to end. It took a month, and constant outreach on our part, to resolve ongoing issues. The amount of money we paid, to have ongoing issues, is beyond frustrating. Additionally, we will never be certain that our issues in the future will be resolved because of how the installation process and issues were handled by Champion.

I am very, very happy with the windows! They are absolutely beautiful and compared to the workmanship of my neighbor's, who used other companies, there is no comparison! Mine looks so much better and I have received that comment from others who have seen the work.

Buyer beware.

Every one of the new windows has condensation and I am told that is normal.
