Communication throughout the process was non existent. After I got the text message saying the project was complete it took 3 phone calls on my part to get it scheduled.

It was such a an easy company to deal with. Local company, local people and local phone numbers. Our sunroom was finished much earlier than expected.

Champion staff and installer were courteous and knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied with the door itself and ordering and installation process.

In our experience the windows are good quality and every step of the way went smoothly.

the person that measured my window did not get an exact measurement so the window was smaller and they had to build a new frame for the door and the window and they did not take care of the concrete on the floor so you can see the rebarb and stone inside the house if you lift the carpet up

Awsome doors

I've been calling and trying to get someone to talk to and all I get is that the phones are full or to leave a message. This happened for 3 weeks. I paid for my doors in October and yesterday was the first time they came to install the doors. It took almost 5 months and it was poor service.

Before my house siding I would have said Yes, but after you completed my siding, I’m not sure I would recommend due to frustration I dealt with during this process.

For one lack of communication on your part takes forever to get repair work done Too much of a run around.

there are several problems with the installation and there is no screen in my screen door. air is leaking under the door. they used outdoor chalk on the indoor trim and it can't be painted. there is also a crack in the top trim piece.

They provided very poor communication on top of a lot of other things.

After waiting months to have window made and put in, window cracked less than 4 days after installation. Still waiting for response on when it’s to be fixed. Spent a lot of money but that doesn’t seem to be worth it! Super disappointed and still waiting…

Our new windows are beautiful and functional and were ready to be installed sooner than anticipated. They feel completely different in this cold weather when compared to our old windows.

Installers were top notch

We waited close to 2 months for our “custom” entry door and storm door. We were under the impression that Champion would send a professional team of their own to install it.
Unfortunately when our door was installed by a contractor (who was not very professional), the entry door had a sizable dent on the front, scuffed on the bottom, the paint was chipped in several places on the front, and the storm door had sizable gaps when installed allowing air and moisture to just come in easily.

No issues about professionalism.

This being my first experience with Champion, I would have to let a friend know that I had nothing to compare, but that I made my decision to go with Champion through their good advertisements and mostly my prayer.

The 2 day install I was promised took 2 1/2 months. One window still needs to be replaced due to fingerprints sealed inside on the middle piece of glass. No one would answer their phones or respond to emails

The actual workmen were great and I was pleased with their work and the product. But the total chaotic mess from the administrative side to finally reach installation day was the most disorganized, frustrating experience I’ve ever seen in a business.

We Had to do two separate orders for our windows because some of them were odd shaped. The company was not able to order both types of windows at the same time. They had to be two separate orders, that were installed at two separate times question which was a major inconvenience.
