The 2 day install I was promised took 2 1/2 months. One window still needs to be replaced due to fingerprints sealed inside on the middle piece of glass. No one would answer their phones or respond to emails

The actual workmen were great and I was pleased with their work and the product. But the total chaotic mess from the administrative side to finally reach installation day was the most disorganized, frustrating experience I’ve ever seen in a business.

We Had to do two separate orders for our windows because some of them were odd shaped. The company was not able to order both types of windows at the same time. They had to be two separate orders, that were installed at two separate times question which was a major inconvenience.

The customer service is absolutely terrible. No one calls you back, then we got a bill and the job is not complete. Again, we were suppose to get a call back in 24hrs., that was over 2 days ago.

We were demonstrated the our new windows would not feel hot or cold to touch and that is not the truth.

I was very impressive with Michael Bohl sales approach and overall broad knowledge of the Champion Business during my selection of an entry door. Additionally, I was kept abreast of every steps that was being taken prior to the installment of my door. And the installer, Bill was very courteous, polite and made sure that my furniture, floor, etc was protected when installing the entry door. Prior to departure, he ensure the keys worked and door met my expectation.

From sales person to installers everything was very professional.

Due to the room over the garage being cold, we wanted an R insulation that improved the room. Apparently that was not the case. The supervisor at the end of the project said the R factor was approximately 1. Where my husband saw the installation team put an entire package of insulation into their truck with other materials they were hauling away.

The windows are nice. The installation was impressively good. Quality looks fine.

The look and quality of the sunroom is great. We're just disappointed that flooring and wall paneling could not be included. The sunroof is yet unused.

No one from Champion on site entire day of installation. Contractor had to explain everything.
Missing a screen after install. Had to call or text Champion several times to get any word about it.
Never any real follow up after missing screen reported.

We did not have a good experience with sales. The rep dropped the ball on follow through. It took me 3x calling rep and 4x calling customer service to get issue resolved. Neither rep, manager nor DM returned my calls to let me know if the project was released for manufacturing. I was told one of them would call back. (It was a non-issue with home owners assoc. approval which I explained to rep at point of sale that im on the HOA Board and we don’t need approval. I supplied back up from HOA President) Also, I was told financing would be 1 year interest free through Champion financing creditor. I am being charged interest so currently fighting that battle.

The sales rep, Tom Schneider as well as Derrick Price on the finance end, made this experience pleasurable and painless. They both went above and beyond normal limits of customer service for us. If you live in the Tri-State area, you have to be familiar with the Champion reputation for excellence. With an Aunt who had Champion windows installed over 25 years ago, to our home now, we are loving the quality of our windows. They add more light into our home than the original windows from 1955. I would recommend this company to friends, and my neighbors. Very happy!!

Overall, the early issues were had with the poor quality of the site work by the Champion people work keep us from recommending them to anyone else.

Windows look good, installers were nice, courteous and did a good job. It took 4 months to get the windows AND we had to place multiple calls to try and get any updates on the status of the order.

They sealed the inside of the door with nonpaintsble silicone. I've been trying to call to get it fixed but the mailbox is always full.

We got block windows for the basement and they are excellent Michael bolles remember him five

Awesome, fast window installation

The office personal did not inform me that the champion workers who were supposed to be at my house between 8AM to 10AM would not be there until 11:30 am. I was very disappointed that no one called me. I had to call them to find out the change in time.

took a long time from when I actually purchased the doors until they were actually installed; cost a LOT of money yet all four sliding doors had problems and every screen was torn

We would probably recommend, but the communications during the prep for and the install process was lacking. The installer brought out the wrong size door (it was mis-marked on the door but no one measured the door before bringing it out) and there was NO communications until the newly made door was available.
