After the in home sales meeting we had a great feeling we had gone with the right company for our small three window project. However, over the following 9 months what we experienced was frustration, disappointment and the worst case of customer service we could have faced. Had I not consistently reached out to the local and corporate service teams I am positive we would still be waiting. The windows have now been installed and I have product quality concerns. Windows were filthy and have permanent scratches. There is also air flow coming between the seams. Insure that we will just have to deal with and as I know Champion doesn’t care. It’s almost like they sat in a warehouse for months?? I cannot and will not recommend this company.
My major concern is it took 5 months to get the windows for our install and when calling about them no one knew where they were or could find out.
The overall process was great. My only comment is that it seemed to take a long time to get the windows. Then, finding out that 2 will need replaced.

Definitely not. I was given incorrect info from the start. Staff did not update my account info when needed which caused several inconveniences. Champion customer service was completely unavailable several times I called. I sold my home during the extremely lengthy process, which Champion said would not be an issue, but then had one misstep after another in working with the new owner.
The architectural engineering ruined our existing Patio Living Space. The Foreman made promises and did not deliver, The Foreman was horrible to work with, not returning calls, not explaining the install until the day of install when we were notified that they were cutting 6 holes for piers in our colored, textured $11,000 patio. Will not recommend, the salesman was non existent after the sale. When we asked for a meeting to discuss the problems with the install, the salesman said put it in writing, He lives three blocks from our house but could not make the time to meet with us or the foreman!! We requested response from Champion in writing and got nothing back.
Factory process took extremely long. There was a lack of information and lack of updates during the process leaving the customer in the dark. Signed contract on 11 May and installation on 14 Oct.
Have been waiting 6 months for completion.
Overpriced and installation manager was difficult to deal with, concern about "unfinished" state of project ( no new matching door molding on inside) was ignored and not addresses. Have not heard regarding the workorder that installer supposedly turned in to finish with molding.
I would recommend because of the price and the contract offering, but customer service could definitely improve. I was happy with the installation team - David and his crew. They were timely, respectful of our property, knowledgeable, and very quick.

We ordered a window and 2 doors and have had nothing but problems with sizing issues, install problems, and all and all customer service. We still do not have our second door installed as they had to reorder it. After all of our anguish we finally got the front door install and the window. we are please with those and they look great after waiting so long with no answers we have half of our project done.
Everyone was wonderful. The person who came to speak with us about the windows when we signed up, which I wasn't going to do, shared how much we would be saving, so we signed up. It took us all morning from 8 to 12 to try to get two blinds down. I finally gave in and called the salesperson who offered to come over and help us remove them. He came over between a couple of other visits. We got them all down, and the one we had trouble with, he did too, but he was wonderful and he did it and was glad to do it, which was amazing. Everyone was really good. Champion Windows of Colorado Springs was wonderful. The installers were great. There were some problems getting the new windows in where they had to shave some things down as it was a tight fit. The home was built in 1954 so everything is a problem and nothing is simple, but they were great and had no problems doing it. They had a great personality and did a great job.
I was hoping the noise level would be better. Like the 3 panes it has helped with the heat and I'm sure it will with the cold as well.
I could not honestly recommend this company to anyone for lack of transparency.
We experienced multiple issues with the installation necessitating several post-installation service appointments. Management has not been fully responsive to our stated concerns.
I would recommend the sales guy John and the windows but that isn't what makes the whole experience!

Unless the process is changed, unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend Champion Windows. It took much longer than we were told. Communication was terrible so a lot of the time we didn't know what was going on. The actual workers were great and the Regional Manager did finally step in, which made it somewhat better towards the end. It would be helpful if the office staff could at least see the schedule so that if a customer needs to find out when and if somebody is coming, they could answer that basic question. Also, it seems that almost everyone was able to collect payments but wasn't able to answer questions about the bill. That should probably just be left up to the office. Besides, once I received a message that a payment needed to be made, I couldn't get anyone to respond so that I could pay them. I did end up calling and talking to the office manager and she took my payment and was able to answer questions about my bill.
Window locks are already falling apart. Sales people are great but after that the comunication was horrible.. the windows were not made in the time that the contract said, but there was no talk about that. So the contract really didnt mean anything on the business side.
We are very satisfied with the work that was done. Our dog likes the pet door.
Poor customer service!
Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend Champion Windows, here’s why: I feel like once the company gets paid you don’t matter. We ordered 2 windows & a slider. We were told it would take up to 12 weeks to have them made & installed. No problem communication was great on that part. We actually received a call early to have the windows installed GREAT news! So far Champion Windows is hitting it out of the ball park. THEN windows/slider arrive to our home. The installer greets us by letting us know one of the main windows was broke supposedly Champion Window was suppose to call us & let us know it was broke. No one called to let us know. Windows are installed no problem we were told a ticket would be placed & the re-order process will start. The installer made it seem it would be a quick thing. We were contacted by Debbie the following week letting us know it wouldn’t be until July 1st before the replacement window would be completed. It’s April 10th! I have to wait 3 months for a replacement? I asked her why is it taking longer to get a replacement window it arrived broken on there end. Debbie stated the manufacturer was to blame. No help or answers from her. Ok we wait the 3 months for the replacement window knowing full well Champion Windows is still making other orders in front of our ticket. It’s mind boggling to me why our ticket wouldn’t be priority especially because they’ve been paid!! Fast forward to today July 13th STILL NO WINDOW! Debbie sent a text stating still the manufacturers are behind and no answer to when my already paid for window will arrive. SUPER FRUSTRATING! I would not recommend at this point as this this issue has yet to be resolved. If this company didn’t get paid until the job was completed I highly doubt it would take this long for a simple replacement.
I will NOT recommend Champion, in fact I tell everyone who asks that I was NOT happy. I signed the Sales contract in July 2023 & the order was not completed as per the contract until May 2024. This was absolutely unacceptable. My request for concession of last payment of $1704 because of the duration of time it took to correctly fill the order was ignored. Calls directly to Champion customer service were ignored. I had already PAID OFF my Greensky Account & it had been closed by GreenSky before the project was completed & the last charge to GreenSky was made by Champion.
