The initial meeting went okay we signed up to have windows put in our home. The salesman messed up our paperwork though and no one including a manager could give us answers or correct it in the system so for weeks we received calls from billing which was very frustrating. When we requested a call back no one ever returned our calls.

Craftsmanship of installer (Tom) was very impressive, he did an excellent job solving what was previously a trouble area in roof lines and on overall construction.

I did not expect the windows to be so cheap looking with gunk in the corners and black scuffs in many areas.

As much as we like our windows so far, and the sales person and the installer. There was a hiccup in the process. We made approximately 3 called to Chsmpion, and never received a call back. My husband nearly cancelled our order over it.

The windows was a better choice for our house and budget. And a upgrade to exterior of our house.

The sales rep was great but had several snags with the install. It was very inconvenient and it took three times and a new installer to get the job completed.

From the estimate to the measurements to the installation, everything was done with professional courtesy and efficiency.

Installer broke a window when he was putting them in and we are still waiting to have that window replaced and it has been over three months. We have not heard very much contact from them.

There were several windows damaged during or before installation, and the windows took much longer than expected to be completed and to be ready for installation.

The process was not without some hiccups but everything was resolved to my satisfaction, everyone was more than kind, and the windows themselves are of excellent quality. Worth the investment! Amazing how looking through a great window can brighten your day!

We love our new windows. They are beautiful and I can't believe how quiet it is around the house. Outside noises that we used to hear we no longer do. If they are tight enough to keep out noise, they will definitely keep out the cold. They are triple paned.

So far I am very unsatisfied with the quality of work and product. Broken window, broken locks, poor quality of installation. We shouldn't need to do anything more than a little touchup painting after installation; currently that's not the case. I'm hoping that will change when the service person comes to review everything today.

Not happy my one window still fogs and has condensation. They’ve explained but I just don’t like it.

The worker left a mess inside and outside our house had glass we had to pick up. Also though we were getting mortar around the window we did not.

I brag on my new windows to everyone I know. Just the quality overall is a thousand times better than the old windows we used to have.

With my overall experience I would bring champion up a as a option, but not necessarily recommend the company.

I was misquoted the price and had know idea after I signed the contract. The manager called me and explained my sales person was off on her price and left the company. He was rude to me and I said I would talk it over with my husband on what to do and he lied to my new assigned sales rep and said I agreed to proceed with the order and sent him to my home to sign a new contract.

Champion Window overall was amazing. Every step of the way the employees we met were amazing and you could tell that they truly cared and wanted us to have the best.

We had the windows on our last house replaced with Champion windows. I had no reservations about choosing Champion again.

I’m very pleased with my siding, window and door

They got our order wrong, with a door that opens to the wrong side.

Will never recommend Champion for anything after my experience. Have already steered potential Champion clients away and suggest anyone else to do the same. I had an issue where the sub-contractor for our siding took the removed gutters from our property after telling them explicitly to leave them. Potential language barrier as only a single member of the crew spoke English and would leave from time to time leaving us no way to communicate with the remaining crew. English speaking crew member is who was informed to leave the gutters. Talked with the project lead who said they would reimburse us via gift card ($200), and deliver personally, since the contractors removed our property and could not return to us (assuming they scrapped the gutters). Called the office multiple times (4-5) to follow-up on the gift card and was told we would get a call back from the project lead. We never did and was given the run around since. To this day we have not received reimbursement for our property being taken and have given up trying to get reimbursement. Crew also left their leaf blower after the job was completed and sent their children to the house to pick it up. They could have been no more than 10-12 years old. With the amount of money I spent (~$60k) I would expect much better service all around. To say my expectations were not met is a huge understatement.

The installer was the best. He was very professional, and I couldn't have agreed more.
