Champion Windows did a great job from start to finish.
Outstanding issues and price of multiple projects leaves me neutral at this time. Still waiting for new custom sized screen door that was ordered without a remeasure even needed. Escalated this issue to regional manager Al Norton who was somewhat underwhelming.
I've had terrible customer service since getting installed. Initial windows received were scratched and it took two months to get replacements. Place the second order.
And within a few days of being installed one of those windows just broke. I have reached out to champion multiple times was told my order was submitted for the new broken window, but no one has ever got back to me to confirm and last time I thought my scratch windows were entered to be replaced and that didn't happen either. And so I ended up having to reach back out 2. Weeks later, which delayed getting my windows replaced.. For the scratch window, when that showed up. That 1 was broken, so now, waiting for that 1 as well.
I am still waiting on repairs and finishing handles.
There were mistakes from sales to install. It created delays and trying to get answers was difficult. All the people were very nice but not a little less competent than I had expected.
No
Depends on the answer to my Case complaint concern.
We ordered our windows in August of 2024 and were told that they would be ready in 8-12 weeks. When that time period passed we tried to contact someone at Champion Windows to get some information on what's going on and where the windows were. I tried leaving messages through the operator for 2-3 weeks. My husband and I thought that we were scammed out of $19, 000 dollars. Finally, I was put in touch with someone from Denver and they got back to me and told me a couple more weeks. That went by. Christmas came and went, then we were notified that they would be ready towards the end of January, 2025. The installers came out, but were missing a window, and one of the windows was cracked. Since we were a little hesitant to give them the remaining balance without the full set of windows, they decided to wait. We finally got them in on the March 6, 2025. They look beautiful and I'm glad they are in, but what a nightmare! More communication would have really helped us feel better about the back up.
Overall happy with my experience, windows look great , house is warmer. But installation took a long time
The salesperson did not show for my first scheduled appointment. I believe the price was too high for what I received.
Salesman listened to my preferences and guided me to the perfect choice.
It takes a very long time for them to do the job.
WARRANTY WORK WAS NOT DONE IN TIMELY MANNER, NO PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS / & YOU'RE BACKED BY DAVE LOGAN BUT DON'T TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION
Price and product seem pretty good. Communication through the process was not good, windows were a bit later than expected w no updates, and installation was scheduled, then I was told it wasn’t scheduled, but then the installers showed up on original schedule date…which was great in the grand scheme but it was a bit confusing for a minute. But install was good, nice guys and they got it done well.
They do a great job, have good guarantees. Just a little on the pricey side.
I love the windows just had no walk through inspection and 2 screens are broken
Absolutely not got my windows way after their estimated date. Customer service was horrible asked several times to be communicated with the manager didn't hear back from him till I out Anna's review on Google. My windows are crooked , 3 screens have holes on them, my custom blinds no longer fit in the window frame, they left a mess out front and back of my house. The manager Scott said he will be calling me Monday I'll see that actually happens. These windows were $3k more than the competitor took longer and now I have crooked windows. My kids can't even sleep in their room because they have no window coverings now and they are scared of their room at night. We've had to have them sleep in our room all weekend waiting on Monday to hopefully get a solution . Also the caulking around the windows is sloppy and they cracked my drywall
Was very satisfied with my windows. However dealing with customer service is very difficult.
They have not responded to my report of a problem
The sales person was wonderful, the last customer service person, Amy, was excellent, and the installer was great. However, everything I'm between was a nightmare.
The whole experience was professional with polite and knowledgeable staff.
The whole selling point with Champion is that you get custom made windows guaranteed to fit perfectly. The measurements taken for our windows were inaccurate, resulting in a lot of additional work to install them. The molding all around our windows had to be replaced, and we were left needing to repaint everything.
The office/warehouse staff is also unhelpful and disorganized. I had to call multiple times to get updates on our timeline, with long waiting times, and calls that were never returned. We weren’t even notified when our windows arrived, I had to pester staff to get our installation scheduled.
Extra Long Wait
I would never recommend Champion and I will not ever use you again. My issue was mostly with your salesperson. Inaccurate lead times, poor communication and secretive on the breakdown of the quote. The windows seem to be fine and installation was fine.
They ordered the wrong sized windows multiple times, causing us to miss work multiple times. The whole process took over a year. Finding someone to talk to was hard. The reason for 2 stars rather than one is that the product itself is good, but the service was awful.
Poor communication, no point of contact. Paid $45000.00 for windows, received 2 sliders with no screens. Called Champion and was told I would have to submit a service workorder and someone would reach out in 60-90 days! I was then told that those windows did not come with screens. I now have to hire someone to build screens for those windows. I bet home depot windows come with screens!
All four windows are very smudged and dirty on the inside. Champion has not returned my calls.
Our experience with Champion Windows of Denver was horrible. This has truly been one of the worst customer service experiences I have every had. While the product itself is satisfactory, the overwhelmingly poor customer service has by far eclipsed any positive feelings about our interactions with this company. We were bait-and-switched to the extreme from everything including promises of delivery windows, to having to spend two months reaching out begging for someone to contact us. It was ONLY AFTER I filed a complaint with the BBB that anyone contacted us. Our order was months late, and the customer service was abysmal.
I think the product is good. But the process has not been good
Just seems overpriced but quality is good
Johnny Nooney was good.
George & all installer grp. were good.
Took 3 months.
It should not be taking that long.
The price is WAY TOO HIGH!
We want some discount back.
We r referring ur company right now. Hope they reach out to you one day.
The windows are overpriced. The manner in which Champion collected funds was aggravating, in that the vast majority of the service and product was paid for in advance of the windows being installed. Scheduling the installation was inconsistent. On the day of the scheduled install, Jan 4, I received a call from the installer informing me that a mechanical problem would prevent the install from happening. After two attempts on my part to reschedule the installation of 3 windows, I was given assurance that a local install manager would contact me. The following morning (Jan 11) we received a knock at the door at 10:15 am - it was the Champion windows installer ready to complete the installation. We had no prior message from Champion informing us the rescheduled install would happen on Jan 11. Fortunately I was available and the windows were installed.
It's too early to rate performance, but they look great!
I don’t usually do reviews but this is more of a warning to avoid doing business with this company. The salesman, John Noonan, did a good job explaining his product but that was the last time I would use the word “good” when talking about Champion Windows. It took over three months for four ordinary windows to be manufactured. When finally they were ready to be installed, I received a rude phone call from Tom Roybal who threatened that unless I paid the remaining one third of the cost immediately and then contact him with a confirmation number, I would lose my install date. After the installation was eventually completed, I noticed several items that left a bad taste. Calls to Customer Service were NEVER answered no matter how long I sat listening to hold announcements about how great their product is and how soon a representative would talk to me, unless I left a number for a call back. Firstly, the brand new windows were dirty. Annoying, but would not have been a big deal until I tried to clean them. It was not only regular grime on the glass but also the adhesive used to make the window frames which could not be removed with regular glass cleaner. Upon closer examination, that adhesive was found on many spots on the frames. There was plastic debris inside the frame. Two of the four windows were missing weep-hole covers. White silicone caulking was splattered on the base of my patio. In two days it will be a full month since the windows were installed and so far none of these issues have been resolved. I have tried to be patient since Christmas and New Years were within that time frame but non-action speaks louder than empty promises. Do not waste considerable money on this company!
Installers were not the best and left nails around my yard
Process was smooth from sales through install. Windows delivered before estimated timeframe. Install crew was efficient and personable. Still waiting on things to get fixed but assume that will happen soon
Salesperson was not truthful about shutters for my job. Now these flimsy shutters are not well attached to house and are not the same size as old ones, so there are ugly marks around them.
Communication and follow through completely unacceptable with installation department
Product is great but the install was below par.
Awful experience, several issues
Problem resolution should be expedited.
I am not sure I like the champion sales process in that they require an answer the day of the site visit to get any promotional deal. Champion does not really show what each window costs pre and post promotion so you're not really sure what each window really cost and if you really received the 2 for 1 promotion or not. Bottom line, my feedback to friends is that Champion makes a good window, but do your homework, i.e. get other bids, before Champion does its visit and proposal so you can make a more informed decision.
We've had Champion install windows in 3 houses over the years. Great windows and materials with no installation issues.
initial onsite sales experience was great, however he never responded to several voice mails asking for a delivery status on my windows. So average score for average experience with sales people.
The doors are awesome. Very pleased.
There is no way I could recommend Champion to anyone. Terrible workmanship. With a Champion sign in my yard, I would invite anyone to view the quality of work and see if they would want their windows to look this bad.
I am overjoyed with my new windows and doors. The quality is very high, thus eliminating any air infiltration. As I write this I can see my cats sleeping in the spots of sun coming through the windows. If a cat thinks the environment is conducive to naps, you know the room is warm. Neto and his installation crew were great. I would recommend them to anyone because of their workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Had windows installed 2 years ago. Just had door installed less then a week ago. Love it!!
I would recommend the quality of the work. But not the way the communication went on when things were to be done
My expectations were met and feel confident in recommending
