Most efficient team if workers abd the windows are perfect.

The guys that put the windows in were nice enough,,,, BUT the window itself has silicone all around them and is supposed to be clear but looks white on the brown window and the window facing has several chips. The inside of the window facing has one trim that's darker than the others. I had to sweep the driveway 2 times to get all the glass cleaned up to keep from getting them in the tires.

Keith was great. He was friendly and informative. The installation crew was great as well, they kept their work area clean and got the job done fairly quickly.

If you are getting white vinyl windows they probably do a decent job.

The communication is terrible and two of the galoots that installed my windows damaged my landscaping and property inside my house. Then when I tried to talk to someone about it, nobody would return my calls!

Champion has been great to work with. Communication has been great, and all appointments were kept within the time scheduled. Our salesperson Jacob H was exceptional, and very informative, answering all the questions and concerns I didn't know I had! The lead time to get our windows made and installed was quicker than I expected, which was welcome surprise! The installation crew on time, efficient, and did quality work.

Salesperson was great to work with and very knowledgeable.
I did get frustrated when no one returned our multiple messages for install.
The install team broke the base one of our landscape lights and tried to put the light post in the ground, not even near the broken bass. By doing that he put a hole in our weed barrier. The worst part is no one mentioned it to us and it was noticed when my husband was picking up debris left in the landscaping.

Installation was excellent. Salesman did not provide us with all available options.

Instead of several weeks to get product it took 3 month to get product. One of the windows is cracked one will not open. The gap on either side of the windows is not even, they did not do a good job of cleaning up after themself. The dryer vent they put in is a mess, very crooked cutting

We started business with champion in 2017 after a friend recommended them on windows. Everything was great so in we decided to have them replace a door in our kitchen leading out to our deck. The salesman came and we designed a french style door and thought all would be well. After a couple days a gentleman called and advised that we would have to go with a smaller door because of the frame was not the right size. I asked him to give me the dimensions that he needed and I would make the rough opening to that spec. I also would remove the old door and siding on the house to make it easier for them to install. Upon arrival the installation crew got to work installing the door but kept raising the door higher and higher off the floor. They ended up with the door out of plumb by almost an inch and also out of level almost 3/4 of an inch. When you walk in the front door of our home the first thing you see when looking straight in is a horribly crooked door. As if this wasn't bad enough, the first thunder we got showed another problem by water pouring in through the new $8,000+ door also running down the walls in the finished basement saturating the carpet. We have reached out several times to champion and they have sent someone out to take pictures and he even agreed that this was a mess, but we are still waiting for a fix to the door issue and getting more damage every time it rains hard. Worst experience we have had since owning our home without a doubt. The local champion staff have been pleasant to deal with, however the headquarters people are very rude and unpleasant to say the least and I will just leave it with that.

The salesperson was not pushy and was very knowledgeable. The crew was fast and professional, and cleaned up after the work. Communication was excellent.

Still waiting on our dining room window to be replaced. It arrived cracked. NO ONE had contacted us about the new replacement for the cracked one. New windows placed on April 15th. Said it would be 4 to 6 weeks. Not a word from anyone. So no, as of right now, I would not recommend.

I wasn't informed when the slider windows were advised to me by salesman that the devider separating the double hung from the main window would be removed leaving 4 gaping holes in the inside trim.The installer just glued pieces of wood in the holes,looks terrible.Now I guess I have to find someone to fix this damaged trim.

We like our initial sales rep who we met in May. Unbeknownst to us, he left the company shortly after. I think his name was Toby.

I recently had my vinyl siding completely replaced and 10 pairs of new shutters were replaced also. I can't complain too much about the new siding. It seemed to be of good quality materials. Just a few areas that seemed to be nailed too far apart causing the siding to sag outward. Then I noticed that one of my exterior electrical receptacles had been sided over. Now I nolonger have that receptacle..
What has really upset me about the entire job was the fact that all of the shutters were installed haphazardly without the use of a tape measure!
Every plastic retainer is at a different level causing the whole job to look like it has been done by a 10 year old!
I finally got to see an unmounted spare shutter and I saw that the shutters should have been drilled from the back side FIRST and then placed against the house and drilled from the front making use of the pattern that is Clearly on the back of each shutters. Resulting in every shutter looking even and professional! The person who mounted my shutters didn't have a clue as to how to properly mount them!
Every one of the shutters needs to be replaced and the holes in the siding need to be caulked shut to prevent future damage from water getting in behind the siding!

Rep was very nice, very informative

Pre-sale rep was great. We were disappointed when told couldn’t do doors. Also double booked on date of our installation so we had to reschedule.

Good quality window, knowledgeable salesman, great price, quick delivery and excellent installation. Peter was the installer and did everything without a helper. Quite a nice young man who took pride in his work.

Champion came out and replaced our OLD windows! We’re able to actually open our windows now and enjoy a home filled with fresh air. Thank you Champion! Shout out to Bryce Newton for being AWESOME!!!

From start to finish, it was quickly handled. We got the windows earlier than expected. The installers did the job quickly, and we are satisfied with the windows.

If the salesman had been upfront with me about the trip fee after two years of having your windows, a trip fee of $119, he told me the great thing about Champion was the window warranty; they would come out and fix the windows at no charge whatsoever. I did ask multiple times about any fees, and he said we would not pay anything as long as we were the initial owners of the house. I accidentally found out about the trip fee. Furthermore, I was not thrilled that the salesman did not let me know about the trip fee, and he continually told me there would be no fees.

They came out in a timely manner and got the job done quick. Everything turned out okay and my wife is satisfied.

My windows were all measured incorrectly. The process took 10 months to complete

We have wanted a sunroom forever. Champion offers a very high quality product at a much better price than brick and mortar sunrooms, especially with the risen contractor prices. Champion sunrooms are rated for very high mph winds. It is built well, well into the ground. The installation team works very quickly and efficiently and didn't block my driveway. Everyone I dealt was very, very kind and helpful. The room really does feel like you are outside, especially if you choose the lower, knee glass beneath the regular sliding windows. We really loved our experience all around!! Now to enjoy our sunroom!

Nope not going to recommend anyone i will recommend them to stay away

They tell you that your windows will be ready in 6 weeks and then it takes 6 months. Both of my large windows were broken when they came the first time to install. Then it was another 2 months to get the new ones.
