Sales and initial consulting process was not clear, no price breakout and design style per window provided in writing

We were told it would take 10-12 weeks from ordering to install. We ended up waiting 10 months before the windows were finally installed.

We have had two experiences with Champion and are very satisfied customers as a result.

A lot of promises and mistruths from the salesperson, horrible communication from the project manager, and a prolonged installation process with issues.

While not the least expensive choice, our windows couldn't have been a better choice. The quality is high throughout, delivery time was even a bit shorter than expected, and the installation crew did quality work quickly and was professional.

Nothing but issues and excuses

My order not placed until 6 weeks after I signed contract on Feb 29, 2024. 6 months after, still no windows installed after giving me several dates to installl that never transpired. 8 1/2 months later last of 2 installments completed...however without the tempered window glass as contract indicated, with a defective pane in bay window, and no insulation under bay window shelf...which did not pass city inspector. Now, January 15, 2025, 10.5 months after order placed, the defective window has not been replaced, nor the tempered glass installed, nor insulation for the bay window. Champion considers it a service issue, while I contend that if installation is done with incorrect materials, defective materials, and insufficient to pass code inspection, then it's not done to completetion.

My experience with Champion is everything I hoped it would be when I first inquired about a sun room. From beginning to end they surpassed every aspect of the project. My satisfaction mattered to them. Great company to do business with! You need an enclosure call them!

The builders are understaffed. The finish material is filthy and multiple parts were damaged (dented ceiling panels, scratched windows) I can't get this sunroom completed. The permit had issues such as including ana electrician who wasn't part of the project.

Definitely will recommend.

To many things you don't know until the windows are installed. We were told that they would be installed in 4 to 6 weeks. That seemed long, but it took 4 months and they kept baggering us for payments all the time. Now that they are in we find that the sliding door will not open as far as our old one because of a handle they say can not be replaced. (only one type of handle?) ddI just hope we don't find other problems down the road

Excellent product, good workmanship, fair cost

Everyone was extremely professional and honest with all answers to any questions. Also made sure there were no questions about any part of the work to be done.

Eventually we got the door I ordered, but it took 3 separate installations and over a year.

Quality is good, kept to scheduled appointments, neat, clean and quick.

We chose Champion for an entry door because we were pleased with our siding from them. The entry door and the windows on either side are just what we wanted. The salesman knew the product, measurements were correct and installation was well done. We're very satisfied customers.

My experience was terrible.

We are overall very happy with the outcome of our sunroom, but it takes some skill to get the sliding doors to close properly.

I will never use this company again and wouldn't put my friends through such an ordeal

I was kept informed and the installation was perfect

The doors are great, but the customer service prior to install was all but non - existent. I ordered the doors on August 8 and was told by salesman it would take 10 to 12 weeks. Then on September 26, A guy comes out to do the final measure. The doors didn't actually get ordered from the factory until October 2, 8 weeks after I ordered them. I called in early November thinking that it had already been 12 weeks since I ordered the doors. I spoke with someone and she told me she would have the installation manager call me. No one ever called. I called again in early December and got the same treatment. The lady on the phone did tell me that the doors hadn't actually been ordered from the manufacturer until October 2. This did not make me happy. She said she would have a manager call me. In early January I called again, was told that the installation manager would call me. No one called me. In early February I called again, only this time I was done with this, I told the lady on the phone I wanted my money back (just over $9,000 if they couldn't deliver my three slider doors. I got an email from the aera manager saying he would look into it. Then in mid January I got a call from someone at the office said my doors would not be installed until the end of February. i sent the Area Manager an email and then all of the sudden, I received a call to schedule my door install. We love the doors but your pre install customer service needs to be improved. I would not recommend your product just for that reason.

I've had my sliding glass door replaced and all the windows in my house replaced by Champion. I'm very pleased with the installation and the build quality of the windows and the door. I had a few minor issues, and they were promptly taken care of, and I was treated like a valued customer throughout the process. I'm very pleased with Champion and definitely recommend them.

Professional installation.

From start to finish, professional, thorough, and we couldn't be happier with our windows. Our installers (I'm out of town so don't have access to my file with correct names, but a dear couple, Kenny and Kayla?) We're wonderful; laying tarps down throughout the house, cleaning up after installation, washing all windows, caulking thoroughly as we had rain and snow in our home previously from poorly made windows. They answered all questions, were friendly, prompt, and were concerned with the issues I had with my previous windows!

Took forever to get my door and then even longer to have them finish the plaster.

Window that was replaced only lasted 48 hrs before it was cracked again.

So far, we are happy with our sunroom. This winter will be the first big test. I'll know more after that. It could easily go from 4 to 5 stars.

It all went very well from start to finish.

We knew we could not replace the windows ourselves, it would require some construction work and more experienced skills. I would definately recommend Champion for challenging installs that require a professional. The work was completed in a day. It was not easy and a bit of an old house challenge. The result was better than we expected. Beautiful.

While the installation and sales appointments went very well, we waited 4 months for our windows to be completely installed due to our basement windows being measured wrong at first. One of our basement windows had been broken from water damage during extreme rainstorm so we were in desperate need of the windows that took 10 weeks to be made. The contractors who installed the windows were very professional and kind and we had no problems with the actual instal after the correct size windows were here. It is very hard to get a hold of representatives to get ETAs and we were often left wondering how much longer it would take. We were not offered any type of compensation or even able to expedite the process after the windows had been measured wrong.

Would tell people to find another company.

We were quoted installation of our doors would be 6 months. After 6 months, our doors were ordered. Champion then told us it would be 4-6 weeks from that point. At the 8 week mark I had to contact Champion for an update. After multiple attempts to contact someone other than customer service, we were called back and told June. Then the day we are supposed to have the doors installed, we are told the wrong size was ordered. Our doors tooks a year to be installed. Never were we called back until i called at least 4 times in each instance. Not one attempt to correct or reimburse us was made. Champion was terrible to work with. The only persons who were professional during this process was the call center employees and the installation team. We had planned to do new windows and siding for our home. We will not be using Champion and will not recommend them to anyone.

The customer service has been horrible. I can’t get ahold of anybody and everything has taken forever. We ordered our windows in January and we still aren’t finished with the installation.

Install crew (Joseph) were quick and efficient. Everything was cleaned up after completion.

It took longer than I was told to even receive them, then two screens had holes in them, and the color of the outside was not correct
