Crew was experienced and did great work . We developed a water leak the day after completion, but Was promptly addressed by the Champion employee.

Absolute worst customer service from regional level management. Almost 6month to get installed.

Very clean and organize installation. Very professionally done.

Installation was incomplete as the installer ripped the existing framework violently and without replacing it with a new one. Come back and reinstall according to industry standards. This is a defect in workmanship.

I did recommend, but when asked about the referral discount was then ignored.

Finish the window project and I might give you a review. Still waiting another 6 weeks for the right window.

The install took months to complete. Parts needed were not ordered and had to be reordered took much longer than expected.

They came at the time indicated and were respectful and fun to talk to. They did a great job.

Sells person took 3 months to get my order processed. I wanted to have insulation in sept or Oct but ended up waiting until May after I had moved

Nope very unhappy got pressured to sign now- got price down, then once he knew we had money he added the money back. Promised august install the reason we said yes. Not completed until Dec 28.

This is the last company I would recommend to anyone. Poor workmanship, false promises, over-prices at all levels and treated us like we didn’t know what we were talking about when it was obvious the job was not being done correctly.

Did not deliver as agreed upon. Would not return my calls. Did not care about customer service. Screen fits poorly for the casement window.

Windows look great

We had a lot of issues leading up to the install. It would be difficult to recommend a company that doesn't have all their ducks in a row on basic things like what kind of windows you can get for the openings you have.

The whole process was easy between the consultation with Richard and install. We are thrilled with how things are.

Not until we get the window problem corrected.

HORRIBLE service! My parent's ordered 4 windows over a year ago. When they were installed, 3/4 were incorrect. It took over a year to get the problem fixed. During this time, my parent's passed away unexpectedly, so my sister's and I were left to try to get the correct windows installed. No one would respond until we finally took to social media. I will never recommend Champion windows and will warn against them to anyone who asks.

Horrible experience!

It took over a year to complete my project because your factory made the wrong sized windows three times. Even the last time, the windows were not the right size, but I accepted them anyone in order to get the job completed. Due to the delay in finishing the work, my loan with GreenSky was closed and I had to reapply for financing. I now have two loans with GreenSky and they will not combine my two loans into one, so I will be making two different payments to them and pay interest on two loans.

Their service is absolutely horrible!

For the money they charge I would go elsewhere for sure.
