Installation was incomplete as the installer ripped the existing framework violently and without replacing it with a new one. Come back and reinstall according to industry standards. This is a defect in workmanship.

I did recommend, but when asked about the referral discount was then ignored.

Finish the window project and I might give you a review. Still waiting another 6 weeks for the right window.

The install took months to complete. Parts needed were not ordered and had to be reordered took much longer than expected.

They came at the time indicated and were respectful and fun to talk to. They did a great job.

Sells person took 3 months to get my order processed. I wanted to have insulation in sept or Oct but ended up waiting until May after I had moved

Nope very unhappy got pressured to sign now- got price down, then once he knew we had money he added the money back. Promised august install the reason we said yes. Not completed until Dec 28.

This is the last company I would recommend to anyone. Poor workmanship, false promises, over-prices at all levels and treated us like we didn’t know what we were talking about when it was obvious the job was not being done correctly.

Did not deliver as agreed upon. Would not return my calls. Did not care about customer service. Screen fits poorly for the casement window.

Windows look great

We had a lot of issues leading up to the install. It would be difficult to recommend a company that doesn't have all their ducks in a row on basic things like what kind of windows you can get for the openings you have.

The whole process was easy between the consultation with Richard and install. We are thrilled with how things are.

HORRIBLE service! My parent's ordered 4 windows over a year ago. When they were installed, 3/4 were incorrect. It took over a year to get the problem fixed. During this time, my parent's passed away unexpectedly, so my sister's and I were left to try to get the correct windows installed. No one would respond until we finally took to social media. I will never recommend Champion windows and will warn against them to anyone who asks.

Horrible experience!

It took over a year to complete my project because your factory made the wrong sized windows three times. Even the last time, the windows were not the right size, but I accepted them anyone in order to get the job completed. Due to the delay in finishing the work, my loan with GreenSky was closed and I had to reapply for financing. I now have two loans with GreenSky and they will not combine my two loans into one, so I will be making two different payments to them and pay interest on two loans.

Their service is absolutely horrible!

For the money they charge I would go elsewhere for sure.

Great Company

It took ver a year and a half to get a sliding door replaced. Tons of mistakes that all started with the person measuring the door incorrectly. They had to even replace our trim—twice! The handle didn’t work the first time. It was all a mess.

The installers for Champion Windows were tremendous and did top notch work.

Everything after the salesman has not been good at all

Installers left windows in filthy condition. Installers removed set of shades and lost mounting hardware.

The customer service and communication was unacceptable. I could not get a hold of anyone. I left messages and no one got back to me.

The lack of fully informed, correct information has been extremely frustrating. When we connected (finally) with someone from Customer Service, we were told someone MIGHT contact us regarding our concerns. As of today (5/24), no one has, but Champion certainly didn't have a problem taking the money due without connecting with us further.

High quality windows and good communication

I did extensive research ahead of time with 5 different companies. Champion got the best score on my spreadsheet with quality, price, and mostly warranty. No one else provided a warranty like Champion.

Everything is perfect, so I would recommend them to everyone!

They take forever to complete jobs, demand money during the wait time for windows when down payment was made and balance due upon completion

I love my windows! My old windows even had an extra storm window on the back, and this one doesn't. I kind of questioned that, but nothing stays. There's no ice, no water, and everything still works, still opens.

Not happy with the screens and want them replaced.

They messed up on three windows and it took me an additional three months to get them.

The windows are very good quality. The installation team did a good job. They lost my first measurements and the second measurements were wrong. It took from April until November to get them installed. There are lost of issues internally. There was a lack of communication through it all.

I communicated 1 time with the sales rep. He never followed up or communicated that the wi does were backordered over 2 months.
