It took a long time to make the windows, but it was basically according to the schedule that the salesperson provided.

We initially met with the sales rep in January 2024 and our window install was completed this past weekend, April 2025.

My order was made in August. The salesman advised it would take 12 weeks due to the color choice. My windows were installed in January, 5 months later, after several inquires on my part for the status and my door was installed in March. I understand issues, errors, and shipping delays happen my concern is no communication from the company on the status changes throughout the process. Communication keeps the customer informed and shows concern. Overall, everything else went smoothly. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. They ensured that contact was made in connection to any delays throughout the process. One of my screens does not fit, and the installer advised he would be letting the office know. The window and door quality appears to be as advertised and I would suggest the company to other family members, letting them know there maybe delays.

The job is still not complete and o one is contacting me with status and a completion date. I need status and coordination.

Based solely on the terrible Fort Worth Office Staff (all the way to the top), I would not recommend Champion Windows to any of my friends. The Salesperson Beau King was great (but he is no longer with Champion). The guy that measured the windows was great and the Installation Crew were great. But the Fort Worth Office Staff "SUCKED" throughout the entire process.

The design is aesthetically pleasing and highly practical, showcasing elegance and functionality in every detail.

My job was promised in October. It’s now January and still not done, due to Champion not supplying info requested by city permit issuer in a timely manner, delays in producing customer glass, and not ordering door at same time as glass. Getting a response to phone calls and texts not good.

The only reason that I didn't give a higher rating is because of the sales/order experience.

My husband and I had Champion Windows installed at our residence several years ago and have been very happy with them. They still look like new and we have had no problems with leakage around the windows or any other issues. They have definitely made a difference in our utility bills. When we decided to get new windows at the 2nd home we own where our son resides (an older home with the original windows), we didn't hesitate to call Champion.

All field personnel (sales and installers) were professional and honored all time commitments.

In December 2023 I made an appointment with Champion Windows for a price to install five new windows in my home. They came out, measured, gave me a price, and let me know when they could install the new windows. I was asked to make a partial payment of $4019.00 with the balance to be paid at a later date. I paid the partial payment of $4019.00 and began my wait period. In March nothing had been done. At that point, I reached out to the Better Business Bureau in Ft. Worth, TX. They, in turn sent the complaint to the BBB in Cincinnati, Ohio. I waited some more with no results. BBB in Cincinnati eventually dropped the case and said we couldn't resolve our problem. I then wrote Champion Windows with an offer to benefit both of us. Since they still had my money, I suggested that if they would install three windows at no extra charge, that would give both of us our money and call it even. They agreed to do that, and I waited some more. I finally got my windows installed in August 2024

I already recommended a friend who is going to get an extended patio poured, and existing patio screened in.

They made a mistake on a window and then made me negotiate between sales and installation. Sales supervisor “Cur” has refused to return my calls for a month. Issue still not resolved.

The installation of my 3 panel sliding glass door was a nightmare from start to finish. The first time they installed the doors the insulation they used to fill the gaps swelled up and leaked through the sides of the install. Plus the screen door did not fit and was not installed that day. The installers came back after the initial install and fixed the leaking insulation and then put in new facia around my door. I was told at that time that my screen door would not be installed for at least 3 to 6 weeks. When the screen door was installed it was bad. The screen material was not properly stretched to match the frame and there were several areas where the frame had scratches and some warped areas. It took another 2 months to get a decent replacement screen door and that was only after I called about why I had not received a replacement screen door. Long story short I will never use this company again.

Everyone I came in contact with was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and on time. Good team of people.

My three door locks do not latch into the keepers. This is the way the installer walked away from the job and left them. A service person has already made one trip to my home and they still do not work properly. I paid nearly $30,000 for this sunroom. The installer should have verified everything was working correctly before he left and I should not have been forced to call a service department in another state and schedule service on my own. It’s not my problem the installer abandoned the job.

Yes the quality and price were wonderful and I took quotes and you by far were the best. In price, quality and warranty.

Our window installers Juan and his crew were the best, they explained to us the process that was about to take place, they were very courteous and quiet during the installation, they also were very thorough in their cleanup, they left nothing undone. I give them 5 stars. 🌟

The windows are nice, but relatively expensive. The measurement crew did not measure properly and we had to wait an additional month for our 3rd window to be replaced.

The replacement window person showed up with the wrong windows for our bay windows and the ones installed will not open to clean they are way too tight! The siding install was a fresh experience with great service and cleaned up the whole project very well the siding looks great!

We were recommended by my brother-in-law, and were told that they would receive something as a gift for referring us to you, that hasn't happened

They did a good job. The gentleman who showed me the windows did a great job explaining things to me. He showed how the window worked and did a great job. His presentation was good.

I don’t really know what more you could ask or expect from a contractor/vendor. I had a small job 3 windows as part of a kitchen remodell) and I especially liked the salesperson not pushing to sell more windows than I wanted. The other big companies wouldn’t even come out unless I allowed them to measure all 50 windows in the house.

Champion is a great company to work with.
They are professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile.
The installers even helped us with taking down and putting back up our window blinds.
We are a repeat customer with Champion. Some years ago they installed our patio doors with which we are extremely proud.
There products are a good value for the money.
I highly recommend them.

Shop around, but would suggest they consider Champion as well. Compare and you can see the difference in the window build. These are some nice windows!!!
