Seems like pricing is still pretty expensive, especially when I consider that the "special" I received was buy 2 get 2 free. I was also told that it didn't matter if the windows were of equal size & value.

I am very happy with my windows!

There were several mistakes made. I hired a someone to come look at the work ( I’m still not signing off until I have another inspection done). “ Builder “ had to come back twice to fix mistakes, was rude to one of my other workers, asking if they were the inspector. I regret going with Champion.

The salesman did a great job, the installer did a terrible job and the manager did his best to fix the installers mistake - which is still unfixed.

The service for the replacement door was fantastic. Rick made a mess of wrong pieces work for now. NOTHING in the order was correct! Wrong door and stationary panes. Track for a window, not a door. And hardware was incomplete. I waited over 6 months when the salesperson said it would be done before the colder weather. Now, who knows how much longer it will be? Someone at the factory needs to do better quality control.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The entire process was effortless and smooth and the windows look great. Josh knew his stuff and I appreciated his professionalism. Jeff was a stellar installer and super friendly.

Champion windows is a pressure to purchase after sales pitch. I’m Not a fan of that.

The sales portion was great, Collin was very knowledgeable and professional. I do think he oversold on the installation of the windows, as they did not do a good job, and left nails all over our house and outdoors. We had to have others out 2x to make corrections on their errors. One window was made incorrectly at the factory, so we ended up waiting an additional month for that window to be remade. Overall, we do not feel we got the value that we paid for.

It’s a good window, but very expensive. Have to commit during sales pitch.

I have concerns about the windows

The sales part was great. The install part, was not. Not enough materials were ordered, causing a two week delay in the install. The first install team quit halfway through. They took my outside lighting down, and off property. I had to buy a new one out of my pocket. The color matched caulking was also taken. The project was supposed to be completed by the middle of October, but was not completed until the middle of November. I also had gutters installed, and wish that I would have gone to any big named store, and installed them myself. It would be a much nicer looking job. Due to all of this, I can not recommend anyone to choose this company.

From the salesperson through to the installers the experience was excellent. Spencer came to our house and was super knowledgeable, professional and personable. He showed us the windows and all the features. The windows were ordered and came when they said they would. The office called and could schedule the install right away. I was most nervous about the install process, (would they really be able to get the old windows out without messing up the interior wood work, etc) Nothing got messed up. They did an excellent job. The installers were on time, experienced, very courteous, fast but thorough and they clean everything up. The windows look so good. Thank you Champion.

Price was good but they weren't very good at updating. Expected order in September but finalized at end of November.

Compared to other later estimates, I thought the door was a little pricey.

I would recommend champion windows to friends because they were quick on getting me someone to talk to, they answered questions and they scheduled appointments in a resumable time frame.

Honestly I don't think I could've found a better company for my windows. With 2 MASSIVE picture windows needing replacements, it was great to have them custom made! The only thing I would be unsatisfied with would be the communication between consumer and company. There were a few gaps of communication but work wise and quality wise I love it! Collin Pawlowski is an amazing addition to Champion Windows and he knows his stuff!

Salesperson was on time. Work crew were on time, friendly and cleaned up the area well.

I was to have been contacted by the installation manger by today, haven't heard a thing.
This message was after I had to make two calls to customer service trying to get an update on my door. I am beyond irritated at this point, being inconvenienced with incorrect ordering of the door 3 times, 3 trips to install an outward swing door when I need an inward swing door, and waiting for callbacks. The windows do not keep the heat out as informed even after I installed insulation. I am waiting for the door to finish my porch to test further. The end u

The patio doors seem to be of good quality and we like them very much. We would have appreciated it if both doors used the same key as we need two different keys to open doors that are side by side.

We paid the project in full, but we have a sliding door adjustment needed because it does not lock and we have been waiting for over 2 weeks for someone to come out to help us.

Communication is horrible. Windows are expensive and the timing didn't meet the promise. Damaged screen, missing slider screen, no keys for slider, wrong size window ordered for bathroom window, had 2 people out to measure and still got it wrong. When they realized it was the wrong size they put the old one back in backwards and foamed around it. (Looked terrible). After multiple phone calls and complaints about not knowing when stuff was coming in and getting installed and quality with very little communication job was finally done. Everything is good now but very unhappy with Champion and communication and timing. Would not recommend.

Windows look great & feels wonderful. Except you forgot the one widow that you took out of the last window.

Nice but feels expensive

I'm still considering how well I like the Champion Windows. They work nicely as far as glide. The heat transfer factor is more than I anticipated based on the salesman's presentation and demonstration. Also our slider glass has unusual spotting that we are awaiting a tech to assess. The tech didn't show up last week so we have to wait for another date next week.

These windows were not put in the way they were sold to me very disappointed with their service

The salesman was very respectful, not pushy at all. Stood by his product and his service. Would recommend quicker response time when a customer reaches out. The install team were good, not great. Left some empty caulk tubes in the yard, smoked on the job. Would have been nice if they asked if they could smoke even though they were outside. Still came wafting into the house with them going in an out all day. But they did a great job with the install with the exception of one window. The window lock screws stripped the hole so it doesn't properly line up or lock, but they way they left if made it look like it was ok. The customer service team was quick to respond to my request of having someone come out to fix it. Still waiting on my appointment, but at least it is scheduled.

Product is solid. Communication almost nonexistent after the sale. Time frame quoted was not even close to completion.

I was impressed with the amount of time it took to complete the installation. We thought it would be a two-day job, it was done in one. Any mess they made was cleaned up before they left.

The experience was easy, beginning to end. Everyone was nice and kept me informed as the progress ensued.

The quality of the door seems fine and the installer seemed capable and helpful. The wrong door was ordered, however. Since the turnaround on ordering a new door is so long, I asked it to be installed inside-out. I have not heard anything from Champion since.

The windows did come in late and there was not enough communication from the company

We replaced our failing basement windows and some ancient bathroom windows in our historic farmhouse. I was impressed with Spencer’s presentation where he showed us how heat didn’t transfer through the glass. Our new windows impressed me during the coldest snap of winter because the rooms are no longer drafty but so comfortable. The install was neat and tidy. They did good quality work.

I ordered in June. Communication after sale was poor. Production was very slow. The door was shipped to the wrong state. Finally installed in November. The lone installer let the old door fall against a kitchen chair with shattered glass everywhere

Interesting. I'd left a review but now answering more questions. Honestly after 2 1/2 hears of waiting for our windows, slider and doors to be installed, the constant request for information with no feedback, the postcards that come in the mail promising a date of installation and then nothing for months afterwards, we just got numb to ever having it installed. Then to have the installers come out 3 times because measurements were wrong was even more frustrating. So no, I"d not recommend Champion to a friend.
