I have already done so to a friend but he does not have a project planned at this time.

The saleperson was personable and helpful, the installers were hard working and the end product of the vinyl and windows look very nice (except for the plastic over the window that we don't have), but overall it wasn't a great experience. It is 3 months past our installation and we are still waiting on one window that was sized incorrectly; this is unacceptable. Champion installed a sunroom for us in another home and it was a very good experience, influencing our decision to use them for this work (vinyl replacement, doors, windows - together in excess of $50,000). However, once the the money changed hands, resolving this window issue is no longer anyone's priority. I hope we don't need service as I have little faith in the responsiveness.

I would definitely recommend Champion to anyone I knew that needed windows in their home.

Didnt realize windows would not qualify for tax credit

I didn’t like it when I was asked to send a copy of my last check so the manager could send it to my bank for clarity. I refused to do this. After all I had already paid I bascially became not trustworthy. Over $634.00. This was downright unbelievable. I had friends to ask me about your company but I told them go on your own but think about it first.

It was a good experience. The only downside was the waiting for them to be built!

Champion Windows of Greensboro provided professional service from start to finish on our home project. Glad we chose them for our Window needs. We researched several window companies in the area and Champion has many years of experience servicing the triad successfully. We highly recommend this company.

The completion of installation was promised by the end of July. But surprisingly it was 3 weeks earlier. They were on time and my windows are absolutely beautiful. Mist of all they didn’t break the bank. Thank you Champion!

The process was very smooth - The salesman was thorough in explaining the benefits of your windows and the Measurement and Installation crews were friendly and competent.

Kevin Grub was awsome he knew his job very well and explained in deep detail what i needed to know about my windows how they would work what they would look like and how to take care of them and warrenty also i am very happy with my windows its the best investment i have made champion windows is the best i knew from the start i made the right choice thanks so much.

This was our 4th experience with Champion. We have been consistently pleased with each experience. The salesperson was very knowledgeable. The windows were delivered and installed as promised.

Everyone was just so easy to work with and talk too.

Had some issues with communication and poor work but it got worked out. NOt perfect but acceptbale

Great product and service

Where to begin? Sales rep was nice. We were concerned about the laminate flooring installed 3 years ago. He assured us MULTIPLE times that it would be covered and usable. At the point the roof on the old sunroom was removed we purchased, and put down plastic over the flooring as there was still nights with very heavy frost. We removed it before Steve arrived so as not to delay his progress and to ensure the plastic could be reused. This happened for several nights until he began covering it.

At this point the rainy season set it. At the end of the day plastic was out over the flooring but it wasn't tacked down. We did that and tried to weigh down the corners to keep the floor dry. We spoke with Steve on many occasions. The response was always the same, the sales staff should not have guaranteed the flooring and "we will do the best we can."

Consequently, we threw our hands up and hoped for the best. When the tarps were finally peeled back, every single board was warped beyond repair. I had a number of conversations with Todd, the supervisor. Some were very unpleasant. He assured me it was OUR responsibility to replace the flooring and the sales rep misinformed us. After several grueling conversations we grudgingly agreed to spend an additional $350 for new flooring and about $100 for quarter rounds. Steve returned a few weeks later and installed the flooring "at no additional cost." This was our only construction disappointment knowing jobs are not without delays.

We have since realized that the single gutter does not begin to handle the water volume during many storms. This will be addressed with them in the near future.

I strongly regret purchasing my exterior doors from Champion Windows

Quality control was lacking. Roof leaked on sunroom, handprints between window panels, black stuff and resin can't be cleaned off windows.

We had a issue with damage to our dinning room table by one of the installers. Although I think we have finally been able to resolve this matter, It has been a arduous ordeal and taking months to resolve. We kept getting promises that were not upheld and had to repeat the scenario to multiple layers in the organization. Additionally, communication was not timely and required multiple texts and phone calls to get individuals to call back with information about our dilemma.

Great experience. Workers were great. Removal of old windows went well. New window installation appeared to be easy for them. Clean up was done and very happy with the result!
