I would definately recommend Champion Windows of Huntsville to a friend who is considering high quality windows. The people that I talked with from start to finish were very professional and all of my questions about my project were answered. I was also impressed with my two install guys who were very good at their job and took the time to answer any questions that I had.

I am so pleased with my new windows!

We ordered windows in late June 2024. The majority of the windows arrived to the Huntsville warehouse in late August 2024. When we were notified the windows had arrived, we were told one of the windows in the order was not in the shipment. Champion told us they would follow-up to find out what happened. After a week went by with no follow-up call, I called the local Champion office to see if there was any status regarding the missing window. The local representative did not have any information about the missing window. I continued to check back with the local Champion office, but they were not able to tell me what happened to the window. I called the Regional Champion representative (in Atlanta), but he was unable to tell me the status of the missing window. Week after week, I called the local Champion office and they could not tell me the whereabouts of the window. There was no information as to whether the window was lost, damaged, or sent elsewhere.
After over three months waiting to get the status of our window order, in early October 2024 the missing window had finally been delivered to the Huntsville warehouse. However, no one was able to tell us what had happened regarding the missing window.
It has been very disappointing to us that a company like Champion Windows was not able to track what happened to the missing window, and could not give us an estimated time we could expect installation. Customers should at least receive updates of their window order. The "we don't know what happened" comment does not inspire confidence and assurance regarding the product or integrity of the company.
When the windows were finally installed, the Installers were professional and courteous.
Time will tell if the windows live up to the advertised description of long-term appearance and durability.

There were issues delaying sign off which were resolved within the week. The crew did a good job.

We are happy with the quality and professional performance by the installation team but the price tag is very high. The cost of materials, shipping and labor could not have been more than 25% of what we paid. We would recommend that other companies be sought out for a second estimate. We should have done that.

I have been unable to get anyone to respond to me since the installation. We were told these were "Energy Star" approved windows, yet we've found out they do NOT qualify for the TVA "Energy Star" rebate nor do they qualify for the federal tax credit for "Energy Star" upgrades. Something doesn't seem right about them claiming they are "Energy Start" approved.

THE LENGTH OF TIME FROM CONTRACT WAS LONGER THAN WE HAD HOPED FOR. DISPITE MEETING THE SCHEDULE COMPLETION OF THE JOB WAS LONGER THAN WE HAD HOPED. STANDING LINE WAS WORTH IT AND WE BELIEVE THAT THE BEST IS ALWAYS WORTH THE WAIT FOR. THIS WHAT WE WOULD TELL ANYBODY TO INCLIUDE A STRANGER HAVING A SEPERATE DISCUSION IN A RESUANT.

Great experience from initial consultation, ordering and installation.

The entire process was exactly as stated by the salesman. There were no surprises and the windows arrived on time. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the quality and service.

I would recommend someone looking for windows to compare champion to other products. I feel like their prices are high. Bought these during a buy one get one free promotion. The contract is the most one-sided contract I have ever seen. They required me to pay 100% of the contract even after the installers told me they could not install one of my windows.

We are very happy with our 4-Season Sun Room. The installation crew went above and beyond, especially with the beadboard ceiling and trim installation.

Everyone from sales person to installation crew were very professional, on time, and so far windows look great!

The windows are very nice! There was a cost error by the original salesperson that took a while to resolve, but I was impressed with and thankful for the diligence and attitude of the Champion management who worked with me to reach a good solution. The installer was also awesome!

We chose Champion because my mother used them years ago. We knew the product is top quality and the customer service is to. Now, I know first hand the satisfaction of having the BEST windows and the best customer service. From the sale to the installation we received the best.

From the initial estimate to installation, I found the company to be courteous and professional. The office staff was also very helpful with scheduling and general questions. The windows arrived early and were installed in a timely and professional manner. So far, I love the windows and they meet all of my expectations. Would recommend.

Nice windows but still consider them overpriced

It took them 6 tries to get it to stop leaking and I’m still not sure they got it right. I would only recommend them with STRONG caveats.

The process was fairly smooth, we got the windows in a timely fashion, and the windows’ quality is unsurpassed!!!

The product is good, but the installation is iffy. They had to come out here twice. The website says their installers have been to Champion University, but they have not.
