Not so sure I can until I have had these windows for more than a week. There are problems with the windows right now and hopefully they will get fixed on the 25th of this month. One window came cracked and I'm waiting on a replacement. There are scratches on the frame of the windows, not sure if I can get all windows out to clean them. The screens are a pain to put back in. Just too early to recommend. I have one window that there are smudges on the inside of the window pane.

Purchased my door in September & no updates on the status of my door whenever I called. Wasn’t installed until February. I believe this company over sells especially when they do the buy 2 get 2 & cannot keep up with the product being built.

Waited 6 months for windows to be installed after being told it would take 2. Was not communicated with about the install, a window that was left at the factory or offered anything other than being told thats how it is one time.

One of our windows broke over night. The windows were confirmed to be at our local champion on November 11. No one called to schedule our installation. My husband called at least 3 times for a scheduled date, no one would reply, until he sent an email about another window company.

This was one of the worst purchases we have been involved in. Well over a year to get this install completed. Lie after lie from Champion on all levels. Local Champion people say factory is problem, factory people say locals don't know what their doing. It amazes me that Champion is still in business. Installer was professional and skilled. No honest apology from Champion or compensation for issue after issue, after issue, but we were given a box of window cleaner. Stay classy Champion.

Our Salesperson Ryan sold us on Champion Windows. He was Very knowledgeable about what we were investing in. I can't remember the installation people's names but very good at what they do. We had 2 windows that were damaged. They sent a Technician out and they called and give me a date of when the new ones would be in. And I note there were no questions asked. Very pleased with my new windows

We had serious issues with the original crew that they subcontracted to do the siding. They rushed through the job and only installed the insulation boards on 2 of the 4 sides of the house. They left the materials behind and hung the shutters wrong. When they remounted all the downspouts, electrical conduit, and the radon exhaust pipe, they hung them crooked and only put 1 of the 3 brackets back on them. They left a mess that a local Champion Windows crew had to come back and clean up and redo most (60%)of the siding and fix the insulation boards. Also, the incorrect shutters were ordered, so they had to reorder the correct shutters.

They are fast and efficient.

The installer Don Keller did a superb job arriving on time and wasting no time to protect our home from dust and debris, knowledgeably removed the 12’ foot section of window wall, install the new 4 panel sections of new window walls, added the trim like a craftsman, cleaned up his debris leaving. Area clean and finished with little over time. I was very appreciative of the work he did and shared a rack of fresh cooked baby back ribs from Food City race weekend cookout.

They reduced the heat in the summer to about 6 degrees.

They did a great job, and I am happy with everything. They showed up on time. The windows are perfect. I couldn't be happier.

The windows are excellent along with the installer! The cost of the windows represented by the salesperson was not accurate, as well as not correct. Weeks after the contract was signed we received a text to call the rep. We did and was informed she had under quoted the price by $2K. Not honest & not the way to do business.
