This was one of the worst purchases we have been involved in. Well over a year to get this install completed. Lie after lie from Champion on all levels. Local Champion people say factory is problem, factory people say locals don't know what their doing. It amazes me that Champion is still in business. Installer was professional and skilled. No honest apology from Champion or compensation for issue after issue, after issue, but we were given a box of window cleaner. Stay classy Champion.

Our Salesperson Ryan sold us on Champion Windows. He was Very knowledgeable about what we were investing in. I can't remember the installation people's names but very good at what they do. We had 2 windows that were damaged. They sent a Technician out and they called and give me a date of when the new ones would be in. And I note there were no questions asked. Very pleased with my new windows

We had serious issues with the original crew that they subcontracted to do the siding. They rushed through the job and only installed the insulation boards on 2 of the 4 sides of the house. They left the materials behind and hung the shutters wrong. When they remounted all the downspouts, electrical conduit, and the radon exhaust pipe, they hung them crooked and only put 1 of the 3 brackets back on them. They left a mess that a local Champion Windows crew had to come back and clean up and redo most (60%)of the siding and fix the insulation boards. Also, the incorrect shutters were ordered, so they had to reorder the correct shutters.

They are fast and efficient.

The installer Don Keller did a superb job arriving on time and wasting no time to protect our home from dust and debris, knowledgeably removed the 12’ foot section of window wall, install the new 4 panel sections of new window walls, added the trim like a craftsman, cleaned up his debris leaving. Area clean and finished with little over time. I was very appreciative of the work he did and shared a rack of fresh cooked baby back ribs from Food City race weekend cookout.

They reduced the heat in the summer to about 6 degrees.

The windows are excellent along with the installer! The cost of the windows represented by the salesperson was not accurate, as well as not correct. Weeks after the contract was signed we received a text to call the rep. We did and was informed she had under quoted the price by $2K. Not honest & not the way to do business.

Salesperson, Ross Browning, came to the house on time and was very professional. He measured the windows, and we signed the contract. The Installation Manager, Kenny Jameson, came a couple of days later and remeasured the windows, to make sure they were correct. It was decided that 2 of the windows were too small for them to replace and were removed from the contract. We waited about 5 months for the windows, which I understand in this environment.
An appointment was made for the installation and the installer was on time. He came in and measured the windows and stated that they were too big. He called the Kenny Jameson and was told to go ahead and make the necessary modifications to the window frame and install. He had to use a chisel and remove part of the window frame. I called Kenny Jameson and had to leave a message. He called the installer and told him to complete the window he had started, but to not install anymore incorrect windows. He also installed the sliding glass door and a picture window that were measured correctly. Kenny Jameson met the installer at the house the next day to remeasure the windows and "reorder."
Four months later we set up an appointment for the windows to be installed. A different installer was at least 30 minutes late. He measures the window frame and then starts chiseling out part of the frame. Apparently, "the windows were measured wrong again." I personally do not believe that new windows were ordered. I called Champion and they had the Kenny Jameson contact me and he assures me that new windows were ordered. I do not want to wait 4 months longer for the same thing to happen and tell them to install the remaining windows. The installer came back the next day and installed the 2 remaining large windows. He was at the house for about 10 hours and those window frames had to be chiseled out to make them fit.
When he finished, he wanted me to sign the completion paper and I refused until I had talked with someone at Champion. After talking with the installation manager the next day, I was contacted by the office to sign the completion document that she emailed me and it still had the windows that were too small and were not removed from the contract. I refused to sign the document. I was able to get the correct completion document online and sent to them.
I do not doubt the quality of the windows, it was the measuring and installation of the product that was subpar.

Champion does a great job.

It will take 6 months after you sign to get installed. But inly takes a day or 2 to get job done. Did great job except there were alot of nails left that we picked up around our driveway

Installer’s done a great job only problem was they had to install a broken window just to have to take out when the replacement comes in
