I have enjoyed working with each person. I’ve had contact with that includes Scott who was my initial contact, Tyler, Cody, and most of all Jacob, Russel, and Miss Della.

Communication is the key. When setting up the meeting with our salesman Seth. Champion contacted us several times. After we signed the contract it was like they ghosted us. I had to contact them several times to find out the status of our windows. They never told me of the delays.

Everyone was very professional about everything from salesman to the installers. I would highly recommend Champion windows to friends. Thank you.

The window order was not 100% accurate the first time and it took a little back and forth to get the correct product ordered hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Our project took 4 months to complete, and we assume it’s because Champion ordered an incorrect window for us. We asked for the “cheapest” option, which is not what we received. Also, after installation, we found shattered glass on the ground in our backyard.

My Champion windows came in and patio door and got them installed today. The windows and the patio door are made of excellent quality. I can already feel the difference in my home. Of course I’m replacing 17-year-old windows and a patio door. The glass and the construction of the windows and door are superb I also want to thank Mario and his two helpers I’m sorry I didn’t get their names for installing my windows. They had six windows and a patio door tore out and put the new ones in three hours and finished up with sealing and trimming and even put On New Shutters That I had bought in another hour and were gone. They cleaned everything up, swept, took out all the trash, cleaned all the windows and wiped everything down.I hope now that I will start saving money on my heating and cooling bills because these things are so energy efficient.Thank you again, Champion Windows I will recommend you for anybody that’s looking for windows or patio doors.

From start to finish it was a great experience. The sales team was super friendly and knowledgeable, the manufacturing got done earlier than estimated, and the installation crew was fast, professional, and great at what they do. I am happy with the product and the service.

I'm hoping the windows are actually worth the money, I have second-guessed my decision all along the way. 4 out of 5 windows did not fit, the old windows had to be re-installed and replacements ordered. NOT ONE PERSON FROM THE COMPANY EVER CONTACTED ME. Any feedback I received resulted from my reaching out for answers through customer service...always long wait time.

Love the product but the build process was a disaster.

Ask us after it is all said and done. It appears there may been trouble in the kansas city area with the project manager. And we have not been pleased, however getting better.

Probably, overall would recommend this company.

Screens for awning windows left the factory 5/16' under size in height, installers when I pointed this out said they also noticed screens were under size in height but were told to take the windows out and install them, my only conclusion is, installation manager thought we would not notice. Working for an ISO and M1003 company for 40 years, my opinion is Champion Window company QC control leaves something to be desired.

Very terrible service post installation. Screwed up glass in windows in one room. Been waiting for months for screens.

Everyone we interacted with at Champion was friendly and helpful. We never felt pressured by the salesperson, and that helped us feel this company is trustworthy. Nothing is more off putting than a pushy salesperson in your home. The presentation that Zachary gave us sold the materials and Champion on its own. It was very impressive and made the purchase a no-brainer.

The installation crew were great. They were on time as promised and quick to work. My toddler was fascinated with the installation crew and the gentleman was kind enough to interact briefly with my son instead of ignoring him or acting like he was in the way. I felt comfortable with the people who came into our home and satisfied they left things as they found them.

Champion will have my business for years to come, and I will 10/10 recommend them to anyone who needs windows.

On July of 2023 we had our bay widow installed unfortunately the picture window was scratched. This is where the trouble began, since then as of today June of 2024 almost one year we have had or tried to have 6 more picture windows installed all with some sort of blemish or crack or mismeasured. I think the product could be really nice if we could ever get a correct glass. Seems crazy to spend almost 10 thousand dollars and can't get a window without an issue. Pretty poor quality control.

Windows, on special, were a good deal. But normal prices would be insane.

Your windows have many good qualities like thickness, looks, and sturdiness but the defective cranks on your casement windows negates the good qualities and we cannot in good faith recommend Champion windows due to this one defect. The windows are almost useless due to the weak, easily broken cranks. Please fix the cranks and then we can talk about recommending your windows.

I would not recommend Champion windows because the money that you pay is not cheap. The Quality is not good for the amount that you pay.

Work crew left equipment on my new lawn, where it has turned brown. Picture taken by Champion guy, also more importantly, attitude very bad of the immature "manager" I spoke with on phone about the yellow tint on the two big windows which I certainly did not ask for and does not match my other big picture window on that same side of house.! So my window treatment isn't white any more it's tea beige colored. I do not like it! They sure don't match my other window glass. He offered no resolve. Not happy.

I think the price is way to high

It was told to us by salesman that the window and siding they installed was energy efficient and we could take it off our taxes, When we tried it was not true. Had doors put in and was told the same thing, not true also. Was very disappointed, they should have offered a refund or something to make up but didn't probably won't use them again, but they do good work and clean up after it is complete.

The windows are pricey but are good quality. Certainly much nicer than my old windows. I only replaced half for now because of affordability, but I'm eager to replace the other half through Champion once I finish paying for the first half. The windows look very nice, and I can open and close them all one-handed because the locks turn easily and the slide up and down in the frame is effortless.

This job took way longer than originally estimated and we had issues with the project supervisor to the point we escalated our concerns. The workers were nice and answered questions when asked, and the quality of work seems to be good however the hours per day spent on the job site was frustrating.

The windows that we bought are high quality.
